Charmian has helped me tremendously with management of chronic pain and muscle stiffness. She is a knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and highly skilled acupuncturist as well as a massage therapist. I found Charmian after tried many professionals of all kinds in hope to ease my persisting and worsening join pains. I was very impressed by Charmian's broader and extended knowledge from both medical and culture perspectives. Before jumping into a care practice solution, she took time to understand my overall health condition, guided me to clear out critical concerns, went above and beyond to research for me outside of my office visit to her. Her therapeutical massage, cupping, along with other suggestions have really helped improving my condition.

Charmian Traynor is a world class acupuncturist. If you live in Los Gatos or Santa Cruz, I highly recommend booking an appointment with her! I've been receiving acupuncture treatments for many years and Charmian's patient care is of the highest quality. She has helped me over the past year with a recent health crisis, her caring and intuitive approach with the needle has helped me recover from a hereditary eye disease that took a turn for the worse on me, while also healing the pain and anxiety that has come with it.
