The office is welcoming and the staff is super nice. I always look at cleanliness first as a good indicator of what's to come.

“All the ladies working here are always SO NICE, knowledgeable, and helpful. I actually was getting my vitamin injections from a place a few doors down at a med spa, but they always had the snootiest/Hollywood attitudes. I used to feel bed for paying them. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed CryoHealthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!“

“IHS is excellent. Dr. Naz is fabulous, caring and knowledgeable. The massages are top notch, better than the $300 massage in fancy spas or even the Ayurvedic massages I had in India. The practitioners really know what they are doing and work closely with the Dr. to target trouble spots. It is not just a relaxing treatment, it is therapeutic and healing. The injection therapy has helped me enormously and helped to cure a chronic pain in muscles from a fall. I did not believe they could work, but Monica has been magical. Please ignore negative reviews about payments and visit Dr. Nazarian for treatment. You won't be sorry.“

“Found Sculpt DTLA Med Spa on a google search for a good spot for tattoo removal. Contacted them for consultation. Was contacted by text by Christina, super nice and did my consultation by text. Sent a picture and was given an estimate. Made an appoinment fast and was seen the next week. Got a good package pricing for my tattoo removal. Not sure of the name of the nurse that helped me on my appoinment but she was marvelous. Explained the procedure, facetimed the Dr., numbed me and then started the removal. The removal was surprisingly fast, yet somewhat painful (I was told it would hurt). Going back for my next sessions to Sculpt DTLA Med Spa. Glad I found them!“

Instead of the phone ringing 80 times or going straight to voicemail, Mercedes answered the phone immediately and with good cheer. Every single interaction after that, whether via phone, email, text or, finally, in person, was chock-full of courtesy and lots of smiles. Further, Dr. O NEVER rushed me during our exam time, and provided a considered assessment of where I am and what next steps are. Ultimately, she referred me to a neurotologist at Cedars, whom I will see in October. Final thought: I live almost 4 hours from Dr. Omrani's office, and they were always considerate of that, too. Thank goodness there are folks like them to help when lice happens- It was easy to get an appointment and Susie was so incredibly patient with my son and his very thick, curly hair. She was so thorough that after removing almost 200 eggs from his head, when we returned the following Friday, my son was lice FREE! They are so knowledgeable- there are so many myths about lice removal- im so grateful to leave it to the experts!“

She is someone who will get to the root of whatever is afflicting and you resolve it. She has a strong emphasis on natural remedies and eastern medicine. This gives her an advantage over other healthcare professionals because she attacks your concerns from a different angle. Initially, I never thought I would do acupuncture because of the thought of needles but it actually doesn't hurt at all.
