“All the ladies working here are always SO NICE, knowledgeable, and helpful. I actually was getting my vitamin injections from a place a few doors down at a med spa, but they always had the snootiest/Hollywood attitudes. I used to feel bed for paying them. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed CryoHealthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!“

“Dr. Monika and her nurse Kenneth were very kind, patient, and focused towards me. Kenneth Was very affirming and helpful. He helped me to understand the process of my exam and administrated my vaccines with ease and confidence, which made the experience go well. Dr. Monika took the time to listen to and answer “all” of my questions; I did not feel rushed, although I got to my appointment very late. She went above and beyond when she risked ordering a blood type lab at my request (knowing that she may take flack for it), but because I wanted to know, she did it. I also got a Shingles and tetanus vaccine, all with one request. When I went to get my lab test done. A young man at the lab office was so welcoming and encouraging. I was blown away by the joy he expressed towards every person whose name he was calling in for their lab work. The person who took my blood was also kind; it was like I was at a family of reunion and I was the guest of honor. I was not surprised when I saw the photo, near the elevator, of the physician in charge. The handsome man in the bowtie has been my personal friend for several years, Dr. Eric. Then my good first visit experience at Dr. M.L. King center all made sense to me because everyone reflected the loving family physician patients focused care of Dr. Eric Emel. I guess it’s true everything rises and falls on good leadership.“
