Unacceptable Unprofessionalism and Violation of Patient Confidentiality at Queens Care!!!! We were appalled by the unprofessional conduct displayed by the front office staff, particularly Keven. His behavior was beyond unacceptable and warrants immediate termination. Not only did Keven exhibit a complete disregard for professionalism, but there were also alarming breaches of patient confidentiality under his watch. It's deeply concerning to witness such negligence in handling sensitive information. Moreover, the unwelcoming and hostile environment created by Keven, Diana, and Veronica only added to the distress of the situation. Their behavior not only reflects poorly on the clinic but also undermines the trust and comfort that patients should feel when seeking medical assistance. It is imperative that Queens Care takes swift and decisive action to address these issues. Patients deserve better than to be subjected to such unprofessionalism and disregard for their privacy. Terminating Keven and implementing measures to ensure a respectful and confidential environment must be prioritized to uphold the standards of care and professionalism expected in a healthcare setting. In conclusion, my experience at Queens Care was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the front office staff, particularly Keven. Action must be taken to rectify this situation and restore confidence in the clinic's ability to provide quality care while respecting patient privacy.
I got assigned this doctor through my Medi-Cal insurance, and the whole process since establishing care in July of 2023 has been terrible. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I had an appointment to see a doctor and the appointment was canceled the day of or the day before several time because the doctor had called out. Once I did see a doctor, the referral I needed for a surgery fell through the cracks and had been delayed over 6 months. I thought it was Medi-Cal's fault, but it turns out this clinic didn't submit the referral correctly. I received no guidance or updates regarding the status of my referral or any care about my health in general. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but especially not to anyone who is seeking gender affirming care. They recently changed their name to "Gracelight" in a clear desperate attempt to rid themselves of the bad reputation they have established for themselves. Do your research and find a decent doctor and don't settle for this subpar care.
I'm very unhappy with the reception, they cancel the appointment at the last minute, or you show up on time and there's a surprise like you don't have an appointment today, it's impossible to get through by phone
