    Joining K2 has completely changed my life! Started with zero experience, I was 265 lbs and type 2 obesity at 21 years old. On my very first day, everyone was incredibly friendly and received me with such a warm welcome, could immediately realize this is a great community. I have no words to describe how life changing making this decision was. Just within a few weeks I started noticing a drastic change not just in my physical appearance but in the way I was feeling overall. Thank you so much to every single one of the coaches who were so nice and patiently guided me through doing every single one of the movements correctly. Less than a year later I was 180 lbs and feeling better than ever, physically and mentally! I also have to deeply thank every single one of the members who was always supportive, helped me out and never letting me quit during the hard times. Sharing everyday with people who are very knowledgeable about fitness, health and dieting has completely changed the way I look now at everything, and I'm never looking back! I'd highly suggest everyone joining if you'd like to make a change within you.

    I joined K2 a little over three years ago & I can't even describe how those three years been. Coach Kevin has built a great gym with a great community. I go there for the weekdays 7 am class and also to use the equipment for the open gym. If you're looking for some amazing programming to reach your fitness goals this is the place to go! Thanks Coach for challenging us all the time and pushing us to get better every day!

    Small but mighty! I've been here a few times and every time I leave drenched in sweat! I can feel my fat melting lol There's an instructor there Roland? I believe was his name. He was personable and guided me through the workout. He was very patient even though I kept messing up lol Will return to burn more fat!
