This post is strictly for Dr.Steinberg, my mom and I have been his patients for over ten years. He is thorough, and makes sure all my questions are answered and referrals are made. He calls me personally to go over any lab results, and follows up with me about my care at specialists. If it wasn't for him I would have not received medication for my autoimmune disease ( which is not covered under medical/ insurance). I would say the wait time has tremendously improved. I expect wait times to be long because he serves a big population, if you have medical you know there is usually a wait. My wait time went from 2hrs to about 40minutes. This office is such a joy to be at!After trying to switch PCPs to another office in DTLA with no call back after several attempts and two weeks, I decided to try out Dr. David Steinberg's office. The front office, especially Jocelyn, took their time to answer all my questions about scheduling and insurance.I came for my scheduled appointment and filled out all the new patient paperwork, and swiftly was taken to the exam room for my check-up.
