This office is such a joy to be at!After trying to switch PCPs to another office in DTLA with no call back after several attempts and two weeks, I decided to try out Dr. David Steinberg's office. The front office, especially Jocelyn, took their time to answer all my questions about scheduling and insurance.I came for my scheduled appointment and filled out all the new patient paperwork, and swiftly was taken to the exam room for my check-up. The front office, especially Jocelyn, took their time to answer all my questions about scheduling and insurance.I came for my scheduled appointment and filled out all the new patient paperwork, and swiftly was taken to the exam room for my check-up. I was slightly confused as to what my next steps were as far as getting a referral to a specialist and having my previous medical records sent over, but again the front desk office was soooo incredibly patient with me and took the time to make sure I understood.The most surprising thing was getting both a text AND a call, confirming that a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy of choice and is ready for pick-up. I *highly* recommend this office to anyone looking for a more pleasant doctor experience.

These reviews are ridiculous. The doctor deserves more credit... I went into my first OBGYN appointment today, I decided to try a new Doctor this time around since my last Experience with a previous OBGYN made me decide it was time for a change. Lets start off with the couches, they are not torn... everything is brand new. Wait time after filling the new patient form out was instant. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Everyone was extremely sweet and helpful. I love the Doctor he is so sweet and very informative. Cheers to new beginnings. definitely recommend
