I have visited Robert Cauer twice now, and I am obsessed. I am a new violinist, and was looking for a place to purchase my first violin. I was intimidated by the idea of purchasing a violin, especially having no knowledge of how to purchase a violin. Going to Roberts store was the best experience possible. They were so kind and patient in guiding me through the process. At my appointment, Samantha (I believe that was her name, she said she played the cello) was so helpful and answered all my questions. The appointment lasted over an hour, ultimately there were two violins I liked, and they let me take both home to test them out. This is an amazing thing they do, to allow their customers to go home and get comfortable with their instruments. After a couple days of testing both violins, I knew which one I wanted. However, I was ready to fully commit, but their store has amazing renting to buy options! They also have the best trade in value. They have very competitive rates over all. Oh! And Jonathan is also amazing. During my second visit I had so many questions regarding shoulder rests, rosin, violin cases, and Jonathan let's me try all all their shoulder rest so I could find the one I felt the most comfortable with. This type of in store experience and quality is hard to come around these days. I'm so happy to have found this place ! Can't recommend enough.

Gregga Prothero gave me the BEST haircut I've ever had in my life! No exaggeration. She knew exactly what I was trying to explain and envision. I really appreciate that the salon sends out a form to fill out where I could include reference photos and explain what I was going for prior to the haircut. I think that makes the experience a lot better because the stylist and the client have a little bit more understanding prior to when they actually meet for the haircut. I am very loyal to the hairstylist. I've had over the last 20 years and I'm really happy to say that I found Gregga. Also, the interior of the salon is gorgeous and they have excellent styling products. The value for the service I got was incredible. I highly suggest if you would like to find a new salon you can stay loyal to that you check out Gregga LA. I'll be back!
Jiji was amazing and provided the best service. She was super meticulous with my haircut and took her time to make sure I got what I wanted. I would recommend her if you want layers and curtain bangs! She also took her time during the hair wash and massage portion of my appointment. Loved her!

My last hair cut before I came here was a bit of a mess, so I came to Art with a challenge (to fix some botched side bangs) and he exceeded all of my expectations. I love the salon as well, they always provide some drinks and snacks which is appreciated when getting a more time intensive service. As an aside for others, you may want to bring an alcohol pad with you as both hairdressers knicked me once with clippers and once with scissors. But I have to say I am in love with my haircut. I think it just happens on occasion that one might be cut. I use to cut my boyfriend's hair and I would always cut my hand.
I highly recommend Ericka Z. She has done my cut and colors for a few years now, and she does an impeccable job each time. She really listens to you and advises well. I'm a new mom, and don't have time to get my hair done frequently; she did a balayage for me that has lasted a long time and grows out seamlessly! She does a really great job that looks like it's all natural.

I first came to this salon after a DISASTROUS haircut that left me in tears, but Amanda was able to take it and create a style that I loved!! essentially SAVING my life!!!!! I have been coming ever since!!! Amanda has been the only hairdresser I’ve seen that is able to bring the visions that I see in my head to life!! Let's just say if I didn't have a brother, Greg would be in the running for my best man. This guy KNOWS hair, and more importantly how to cut it (which is great news cause he's a barber!) Let's just say there's a reason these guys have nothing but 5-star reviews, Trevor (the owner) immediately greeted me with a smile and led me to my seat where Greg so graciously looked at my phone to see exactly what kind of cut I wanted and checked in with me along the way to make any changes. I told them it was my "pre-pre-wedding cut" (wild I know) and they pulled out the white glove service for me and even gave me wedding tips!! By far the friendliest barbers I've ever met and might I even say top 30 friendliest human beings I've met (I've met a few humans in my day) - you will not be disappointed by Trevor and Greg and no matter where you are you HAVE TO make the drive / Metro train ride over to see these guys. Your wife/husband/hook-up/ex (if you want to rekindle) will thank you. Oh yeah and I got a nice sparkling water and some product on my way out as well.

I found this place here on Yelp and decided to make my way over from Highland Park based on the reviews. The others here were not lying, the vibes were absolutely immaculate. The decor and ambiance at this barbershop is some of my favorite out of any I've been to. Honestly, might just be my favorite barbershop. Period. I got my haircut by Juanito - he instantly recognized the style of cut I had gotten from my previous barber despite having grown it out for a couple of months. He attentive to my specific needs and knew exactly what to do with my hair. He's a super positive guy and we had a great, natural conversation. Felt like a homie right off the bat, plus he did my hair right! Will definitely be coming back!!

Where to start... Well you should know I don't write many reviews. And I when I do, they're positive. If I have a meh experience, I move on, I'm no fan of beating down or "warn you". BUT WHEN I DO, it's because I like to dedicate my time to something that made my day. I've been going to the salon since we moved to Echo Park, and I guess I got extremely lucky to find this place. from the vibe to the people the quality of the cuts !!!!! Oh and the low prices ( and just so we clear I'm not talking about your $30 shitty cut) Quality is often overpriced, THEIR quality is worth your money. I can assure you that I look quite fucking good every single time haha not only on the outside side. But the vibe makes you feel good on the inside. Every single barber is unique, attentive and you couldn't get more chill. If you like art good music, beer, looking good... then go there. They deserve the love. I'm proudly spreading it.

Yesterday was my first time at LA Sun spray tan and I had a great experience! Parking was very easy at valet for only four dollars and my service was very quick, professional and cute space! I rinsed my express tan off after four hours and was already left with a very bronze skin tone throughout the day today it has been developing very nicely with no Hughes of orange. I am very happy with the service and I will be back!!

Just had my first session! Mel helped me out and thoroughly explained what each bed could offer based on what my tanning goal was and how much time I could commit to coming in. The beds are truly top of the line, the rooms are spacious, and cleanliness is clearly a priority. So grateful for Mel's transparency, knowledge, and kindness. No wonder so many clients have left such positive feedback and continue to come back time and time again. I'm looking forward to my next sessions!
I had a spray tan last night with Jay. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me the best spray tan I've ever had! Highly recommend getting a spray tan and i love how they follow up the next day to make sure you loved it and ask if you have any questions on after care. My new tanning spot! 10/10

I'm obsessed with this as an experience. I'm not a big fake tanner but I had an event and I needed a last-minute tan and the person booking me was so kind and helpful at squeezing me in. The tanning artist was so professional and made me feel so comfortable and body positive that I will definitely try and go back when I'm in the area because I felt beautiful afterwards but also during the tan! I was nervous about stripping in front of a stranger, but Amber was an absolute delight and she is so good at what she does that it wasn't awkward - she made it so simple and easy.

I've been coming to Melrose Tanning Company for a year now and I have to say this place is the BEST. First off the owner is so kind as well as the other staff. I'm always greeted with kindness. If I have any questions, they are answered! Second, the place is CLEAN. Never have I ever had an issue with a dirty bed, etc. Third, the membership prices are unbeatable!! Before I officially got a membership with Melrose Tanning, I went to 5 different tanning salons and none of them could compare to this salon. I highly recommend Melrose Tanning!!

I wanted to wait to give this place a review. I was leaving to Mexico Friday and went into sunworks on Thursday for the mystic spray. Jack was amazing at explaining to me about mystic and versa. I got the spray. Then Jack offered me a discount to try out the lights which I was nervous about because I burn easily but nope. I tried it out and loved it. Jack knew exactly what I wanted and needed. He is so friendly. The place is really clean. Relaxing place actually. I was afraid of being orange but the next morning I woke up and had a beautiful glow and tan. It lasted me two weeks which was worth my money! I'm definitely going back so the summer I can have my glow. And I'm pale white and I loved the outcome!

I recently started going to Ness after moving to LA and being so tired of how salons take care of my nails. They were always breaking, chipping and getting weaker every visit. I'd been thinking about switching to Russian manicures for a while but back home no one really offered them. When I moved here and found Ness I knew I made the right decision. My nails were short and broken when I went to my first appointment and now after my third appointment with Ness my nails are stronger than they've been in years and finally keeping their length. No judgement and genuinely loves what she does! I also met Susi and she's great vibes as well. I'm beyond thrilled at finding this place. They specialize in their craft and are reasonably priced. First off, when you walk in you can tell the owner put effort into make the environment feel like luxury. She offers you tea, coffee, or water. She is very caring and kind. The pricing is decent and the quality of what you get is top tier! The service is above average and I highly recommend this place. The art tech, is very good at her job and the place is well-maintained. I also want to add that my manicure was a Russian and it lasted for around 5 weeks! My nail polish was still perfect just grown out and the cuticles were still not fully grown in. I really like how they shave down the cuticle. Found my new place!

It was my first time visiting Master Stylist Mino was super helpful and accommodating! He knew exactly what my hair needed and gave me a cut that was healthy and helped frame my face. Avi fully colored my hair and it turned out exactly like I imagined! What I really appreciated as a new customer was that Mino made the haircut a collaborative and engaging effort. He made sure I was confident with every step and cut during the entire process. My hair was in dire need of a makeover and this is the best salon for that.

Finally NEW Pico laser machine arreived at Misarang Beauty!!!! I've got laser done yesterday and my experience was so amazing. Their customer service was absolute go above and beyond!!! I was nervous at the very begining but nurse make me calm and doing her job done very well. Also esthetician did before and after care during the sesssion and it was very mindful. I definately going back for more sessions and it was 10 out of 10.

Got the Bare Basics facial and chose to do the BioRePeel as one of the treatments that came with it. Overall place is nice, cute and cozy. Facial was pretty basic, hence the name. And that is no dis to Priscilla but I've received more treatments within a facial at a lesser rate. I really liked the peel. It's been a week since my facial and I can tell a difference in my skin. I wasn't expecting so much skin to peel off but I am all for it. It would have been nice to receive the after care instructions, pics and the product recommendations. She said she would send me all this but its been a week and I still haven't received anything.
Every time I go, I request Brenda. She is so awesome. I hadn't been for almost a year now and she instantly remembered me and asked me questions about me and used my friends name who used to come with me but wasn't there that time. Bai Po has become our regular place for couples massage. Thunya and New are both amazing therapists and are very thorough. We leave feeling refreshed and renewed each time. They are also very kind and considerate - once we were 5-10 minutes late once and they still gave us the extra time at the end. They have a punch card to get a free massage after 10 massages. I parked under the building, it was a little confusing to find her from the lobby but you go outside and look for a sign that says Sola Salons. She will validate parking. I got my lashes and brows done and three weeks later they are still looking great. Definitely would recommend a visit if you need a little lift.

Shiori is truly one of the best lash technicians I've met! I've tried several places in OC and LA but my eyes were always irritated because of the glue. But whatever glue Shiori uses works well with me and my eyes barely get irritated anymore! She's also great with recommending what lash style might look good on you. And the lashes don't feel heavy on my eyes.

Sang and his team did the hair and makeup for my wedding this summer. The ceremony was held in a private residence, so we only had two small adjacent bedrooms available for the bridal party to get ready in. Despite the less than ideal space they had to work in, Sang and his team made it work with professionalism, grace, and warmth. Sang was really responsive and easy to communicate with throughout all the days leading up to the wedding. He gently nudged me--not usually a makeup girl--to explore looks and share them with his team in advance for myself, and each member of the bridal party, so they could come prepared and work efficiently. At the end of the day, everything was perfectly on schedule. When I wanted some last minute adjustments made to my own makeup, they understood completely, adjusted accordingly, and the results were fantastic. Everyone looked and felt their best that day thanks to their services, and moreover, Sang and his team brought a calm, sunny vibe that made the hours before the wedding much less stressful. You can't go wrong with this team!

I went to Michelle for a tutorial on how to apply makeup in a way that looks natural and clean. She was up on all the latest products from Korea and had some great recommendations. She even took time to come meet me at the makeup store downstairs to help pick out some products. She is top notch!

I had a regrettable backyard tattoo from my youth that made me embarrassed to take off my shirt. After reaching out to multiple tattoo artists, I was met with rejection as no one was willing to take on the challenge of covering up the large, poorly done piece. To be honest, I had originally only wanted to buy a septum, but there was only clickers but for some reason I just felt this calling to get pierced by ASH. It was like my soul trusted her before I truly knew her capability. And she is such a great piercer. She helps you feel safe and relaxed; it's exactly what you want from a piercer. She is so knowledgeable and experienced. I could honestly say I trust her to do any other piercings I'd inquire in the future. the location carries legitimate jewelry, and can always be returned if any damage happens, which is nice. But there truly is no pressure to get the most expensive jewelry. With in reason, someone could be looking to spend around 70-100 for a piercing. The service fee is 40 and depending on the jewelry, the price can range up to 3/400 due to Gold. But I believe Ash is so deserving of success :) PEACE AND LOVE

I give this company an A+ across the board! The owner, George, is incredibly honest and trustworthy. We had a persistent gas leak that three previous plumbers couldn't locate despite charging us fees. When George came to our home, he didn't try to sell us false hope. Instead, he was upfront, explaining that gas leaks can be very challenging to pinpoint. He referred us to a company called Pinpoint and even secured an emergency weekend appointment for us. I had a horrible contractor that that basically didn’t do my kitchen sink piping correctly which caused my garbage disposal to not work properly. My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. Liberty Plumbing came out to our house to repair a heavily leaking kitchen faucet and did a great job. They listened to us regarding what we specifically wanted in the replacement and found the perfect faucet for us. They were quick, clean and really nice to deal with. We liked their service so much that we asked them to handle replacement of two aging and constantly running toilets. Ari, gave us estimates for three different kinds of toilets with different price points and went over all of the pros and cons of them. They were able to source the toilets and get them installed the next day. Both Ari and Israel were not only very pleasant to deal with but also very caring about the quality of their work. They are also very affordable, I suspect that they charged us the wholesale price for the toilets and faucet as the final bill was actually less than we expected.
I never actually used Craig's Plumbing services but when I reached out, I got a call back rather quickly. I was given recommendations and advice from a really nice dude -- I assume Craig, himself -- & rather than wasting my money by contacting someone who wasn't employed by my landlord (our plumber couldn't make it to my place for another few days), he asked me some questions and then offered advice and wished me luck. We had an issue with a GFCI breaker. We messaged Alex & Alex and were easily. able to get an appointment scheduled at our preferred time. The technician arrived promptly, and was extremely thorough in his assessment—there wasn’t much reason to suspect the issue was more than a bad breaker, but he verified the circuit and the outlet, confirming that everything beyond the breaker appeared to be just fine. He also was just extremely friendly and offered lots of other genuinely helpful advice.

I've been using Bryden Electrical for over 12 years, since I moved into my condo. Found them on a random Google search when I first bought my place. Brian Cohen, the owner, the person that has always answered my requests for estimates, and his team did a lot of work initially when I moved in, and then thereafter when small things needed repairing, and in some cases, not so small. Recently, he added recessed lighting to my master bathroom and upgraded the wall switches to dimmers.Not long after I moved into my condo, I texted his cell since I had it from a previous job. It was on a Sunday, the day before Memorial Day, so I didn't expect him to reply so promptly. I explained that I noticed a flickering and crackling sound in a ceiling light in the hall bathroom, and I was obviously concerned, but especially because I had guests coming in from out of town with in a few days. I hoped he could come by and address that crackling light since I didn't want any emergencies or problems while I had guests in town. He offered to come the next day, on Memorial Day to fix the problem. I was astonished since a lot of people won't work on holiday. He was happy to come by. As long as I was going to have him over, I asked if he could add a few more minor switches and conduits, and he said 'sure', so he brought a guy with him to ensure it was done promptly. I did not expect someone to come on a legal holiday to get a job done when I had a time crunch because of guests coming soon. On the recent job, I was really happy because I asked for the original quote which he emailed me, but of course, the morning of the job, I decided to upgrade it a little bit. They didn't bat an eyelash. They went to the store, got what they needed to upgrade the job, and did the same, professional, clean, finished job that I've come to expect from Bryden Electrical. They're not the least expensive, and I wouldn't expect them to be for the level of work they do, and the fact that I can consistently rely on them to get my work done as promised.

When I visited the shop to have an additional set of keys made for my 63 Monterey, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the lady attending to me. I called Pedro on a Thursday and left a message. He returned my call pretty quickly. I asked if he could come out to my house for the service the next day. He said he had a big job but that he could see if he could come before. Later that day he confirmed yes, he could come by the very next day!He was delayed from another job, but still showed up that morning and I was super appreciative.He was polite, dressed well for the work at hand and his work van had everything he needed. He just needed an outlet, which I was happy to supply. He got to work right away and did a great job! He even found an old earring & a ring of my friends in the pocket and gave it to me, which I believe shows how honest he is and gives respect to his customers because he knows he’ll get it back in return.He worked with me on the rate, especially since I care give my family and can only work part time. I thought it was reasonable and once again, very appreciative! I tried to give him a tip to make up for the reasonable rate, but he refused.Pedro is great at his job and cared about doing a good job on the recliner. Babash did an incredible job with my area rugs. I had a big move and tight timing to get my rugs cleaned but they worked with my schedule and my rugs came back like new! Ali was wonderful explaining and coordinating everything, and the guys that came to collect and return the carpets were wonderful and treated everything with care as they deftly moved furniture to access the carpets. One of my larger rugs had older moth damage and was quite matted by time, so, as much as I loved it, I wasn't sure whether to even try and have it cleaned. Ali assessed it on site and when it came back it was truly like new. I can barely see the old and small moth hole because the pile has been restored so beautifully. Babash is truly a rare gem - a friendly, expert and caring family style business that does exquisite work.

We have worked with Erich and his team on a few occasions, including hardwood floor partial installs (new floor had to match old) and ~3 refinishing jobs, including one we just wrapped up today at our house, in which we refinished and lightened the color of quarter-sawn oak floors throughout the house. Erich and his team removed all the furniture, refinished the floors while we were away on vacation, and now reinstalled the furniture. They always perform very high quality work, Erich is super knowledgeable about floors, and he is always honest when they do make mistakes, which is rarely. We trust he and his team so as to be very comfortable being 3000 miles away on vacation while they work at our primary residence. I highly recommend All City!

So I found out my contractor did a horrible job for installing the vinyl plank at the end of my kitchen project. it was clicking noises everywhere, squishy, floaty, unstable. He is obviously not an expert of the flooring. But I was lucky to find these guys. Robert is super reliable, Jose did beautiful job quickly to fix all the issues! I was afraid to spend more money, but he gave me a very reasonable price too. What's even better was, when I visited the store, Robert gave me the professional consultation for the color, pattern, and he pointed out the exact reason why the wood look I chosen does not look great, and he gave me a fantastic option that I've never imagined. It's a big sheet, not plank so I no longer have to deal with all kinds of noises caused by the plank connections. I love the result, you guys saved my kitchen! Thank you so much!!

He and his team did an excellent job painting the entire interior of the house along with installing new flooring in the primary bedroom, refinishing my kitchen cabinets and restaining a gate at the front of the house. Sebastian came in on time and within budget. His pricing is fair and his communication was excellent. I just can't say more nice things about him. We just completed a seismic bolt retrofit on our house with Julian Construction and I can't rave enough about them. This was...by FAR...the best experience I've ever had with a general contractor...and I'm an Architect! From the moment I contacted them, Mayo immediately responded back. Carlos was very professional and did not try to up-sell us on any other services; which I was half expecting from a pest control business. Carlos did the job a few days ago and we have seen only a few stray ants and hope that the infestation is solved. We have a warranty that will cover any re-infestation within a few months. Based on our experience, I am very likely to schedule future appointments with Gladiator Pest Control. I appreciate that they are a local, family owned business.
I had requested several termite companies for inspection, and Pacific Termite was by far the most thorough and detailed. Their solution also included fixing the damaged wood, which was a great plus. Honestly, since the beginning of the pandemic this is one of the few remaining businesses that project high quality standards yet their prices remain reasonable, and you get way more for the price.
My house was sprayed over 3 years ago for ants and I never experienced another ant raid in my kitchen. It’s been awhile since my house was serviced by this company (totally my fault), and I contacted the office on Friday, 9/16/24 in a panic after my daughter saw a silverfish in her room. I was grateful when Flo scheduled my house and my next door neighbor’s home that Monday. We were a bit unorganized when Jacob showed up to spray. However, he was patient-pleasant and reassured us that he would workaround the disaster and he did exactly as promised.
My only suggestion for consumers is that you follow their instructions. For various reasons, I waited too long for servicing-years. However, I will NEVER miss a treatment again. On the other hand, my sister and mother follow Jacob’s recommended treatment plan and they don’t experience issues with indoor critters. So, whatever product Jacob uses, it’s magical. ?
A1 termite provided excellent service and demostrated customer satisfaction. Juan arrived one time of scheduled inspection and explained every findings as well as remediation approach. He was able to identify areas which were missed by other termite companies. Juan and team did everything until I was satisfied. Juan even got the carpenter to redo some of the minor work even after the contract was over to ensure the overall job meets the highest standard.

Our home was in desperate need of landscaping after a major renovation. The grass had not been watered for over a year and the only signs of life were some jurassic looking weeds. Both our front and backyard were atrocious. After having dinner in West Adams, we noticed a landscaping office next door. We wanted to work with a local business that also worked with local nurseries and decided to get a quote with Green Grounds. They put me in touch with Guillermo, who I think is the boss. He came by and gave us a reasonable quote for the front yard and fencing around the back. I'd say it's definitely not the cheapest quote but i found it reasonable for the amount of work we were going to do.We weren't ready yet for the backyard but wanted to at least get the front done. We ended up getting a quote for:- dry scape front yard- fencing removal and replacement- plants- gravel- lighting- watering drip system- iron reinforced pavers for drivewayIt was a lot of work and on the hottest day of the year, their crew showed up with about 8 people to get work done quickly. We were shocked at just how quick things were! In addition, Guillermo did a great job communicating with us, suggesting certain plants and designs, etc. We met him at a local nursery to walk through and pick out plants. He is a walking plant encyclopedia. Show him a plant, he knows exactly what it is! He brought us samples of gravel and were able to choose right away what we wanted for our yard.In a short 5 days, our front yard was brand new and our jenky fence was a secure wooden fence with swinging gate to the backyard access. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the short amount of time it took them was extremely impressive. We really wanted them to return to do our backyard. Again, we got a quote - this time it was going to be more extensive- leveling the backyard- french drain to divert water away from structures- demo and removal of existing weeds and uglies- plants, trees, privacy hedges, gravel- artificial turf- pavers (with artificial turf in between pavers)- Watering drip system- lighting- decking update to accommodate for land removal- fencing update to accommodate for land removal- laying down brick in a small areaThis was definitely a lot of work. I initially wanted to see if we could get LA County to give us some rebate money but we did not qualify. this delayed us signing up and submitting our deposit for about a month. However, after finally committing to the project and submitting our $1K deposit, unfortunately by that time Green Grounds had a bunch of other projects. They weren't able to get to ours until 2 months later. it was a long wait but ultimately, it was absolutely worth it! Again, the crew came out - this time on the coldest day! 8-10 people for demo, excavation, pavers, plants, etc. It was a massive project and they completed it in 6 days! I am so happy with the result. I am also extremely impressed with Green Grounds - their work quality, ethic, and professionalism. At the end of it, they even cleaned up my front yard and made it look brand new again! Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a some professional landscaping.

Very responsive company and good communication throughout the whole process, with updates on arrival time. We had a large tree fall over in a storm at our rental house. It landed on one corner of our patio cover so I was anxious to get the weight off of it. Melecio Hernandez was able to come out right away on a Saturday (even though we still were have on and off again rain throughout the day). He cut down and removed the tree the same day-- very fair pricing. Would definitely use LunaBella again.

When Dr. Yoon took reigns of this office and begun her solo practice after the original dentist retired she made the transition incredibly smooth for past patients. He made such a wise decision passing on the baton to her. She has a contagious smile and has incredible bed side manners. Her knowledge, communications style and ability to relate any dental treatment is hands down the best I’ve ever encountered. In a city with thousands of dental clinics, groups, aesthetic and general, Dr. Yoon is a standout. She is a local USC educated dentist that has gained the trust of past and new patients. Her best dental cleaning staff member Diana, who has been there before Dr. Yoon took over, will clean your teeth like no other dental tech out there. I can't recommend Dr. Malakoff enough! I was suffering from Acute Cervical Torticollis and in a lot of pain, barely able to move my neck. Dr. Malakoff went above and beyond by coming to my home, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. He immediately understood the problem and worked skillfully to provide relief. I herniated a disc about four years ago. I have seen countless physical therapist and pain management doctors. I had three epidurals and about three months ago, I had a laminectomy in my L5 S1. After all that I was still in pain. I met Eric and he figured out the root cause of my back pain and with just a few simple exercises to target specific muscles. He got me 85% better within the first few weeks. I would have daily muscle spasms in my lower back which were unbearable. After just a week with him, they almost completely stopped. After going to a chiro in my area that did nothing for me but use dated technology and methods that weren't helpful to my pain and was a waste of my time. My co-worker recommended Dr. Dadvand to me. It was a great referral. We discussed my reason for visiting, he listened and then gave me adjustments. My neck and back would snap, crackle and pop everywhere. Quite satisfying, honestly. With just the first visit I felt instant relief in minutes of being there. I've also sought out manual therapy with Savang who does an amazing job, in addition to the adjustments, by massaging the muscles and knots in my trapezoid from a typical desk job of sitting all day. Both are professional, friendly and experienced at what they do. I always leave feeling that I received very good care and treatment. Dr. Dadvand also utilizes the latest technologies such as an infrared sauna, cupping, muscle stim, etc providing me other healing resources and options. Moreso, scheduling is very easy because I can simply text to see if there's availability and usually they're able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. (I wish more offices would schedule like this.) Parking can be difficult because it is a small lot that is shared with a grocery store and other businesses, however I can usually find street parking. If only the office wasn't a 30/40 min drive each way for me, I would definitely visit weekly, they're just that great!

GREAT PLACE TO FIND A SPINE OR NEUROLOGICAL SURGEON ================================================= My husband had a recent spinal surgery to fuse three cervical spine discs and we're both happy a week after surgery. We have a spine surgeon in the family, but he was vacationing in Vietnam during my husband's emergency. My husband's surgeon was Thomas C. Chen, MD, PhD, and he is also professor in the Neurological Surgery Department of Keck School of Medicine. I have attached a copy of Dr. Chen's credentials which are impressive. We were referred to him by another Keck USC physician. The USC Spine Center is on the fifth floor of a building right next to Keck USC Medical Center on San Pablo St. My husband's problem affected a nerve going down one arm and it was extremely painful. No amount of pain meds helped at all, so it was basically an emergency surgery. I would highly recommend going to the USC Spine Center if you are having issues.
I've had a great experience with laser hair removal here as a dark brunette. I wanted to reshape my hairline and Amber has been very patient and supportive of my goals. After 5 sessions my hair growth has greatly reduced and regrows into fine hair, barely noticeable. I'm so happy with these results and will consider laser hair removal for other areas.

I was lucky to see Dr. Jalian for rosacea and venous lake lip vein laser treatment. Poooof gone, each with one laser treatment. The rosacea redness had turned into "acne" like bumps and insurance Dr's could only prescribe worthless creams etc. They did nothing but after the laser treatment all bumps gone. I keep touching my face because it feels so smooth again. Wow. So grateful.

first time here and staff were really friendly and nice . the price for our nueter was pretty affordable for us ! we came in to have an exam check for our cat and we ended up also doing the bloodwork and nueter in the same day! dr. park was also very kind and professional, definitely coming back for future check ups or other services that i need for my pets!

I am sorry you are reading this but that means you are trying to ensure you find the best final goodbye for your pet. I want to share my experience to hopefully help ease any of your nerves. We helped my sweet pup cross the rainbow bridge on December 30, 2023 but haven't had the mindset to fully revisit the final goodbye. I called heart and halos a couple times, the first time to was once we were beginning to consider euthanasia and I just wanted information and linh was very sweet. I called two times during the next few weeks to check on their availability until we were really ready to let go. We wanted to wait until after Christmas to enjoy having our sweet boy with us one last time but wanted a back up plan in case we thought he wouldn't make it. I was informed it was an extra $200 on holidays (not eve) but otherwise same price on weekends. We paid around $600 for my baby boy but they have different prices depending on after care packages and pet weight. Overall, linh had a big impact on us deciding on Heart and halos as she was very patient and compassionate. I had called other euthanasia places and they were rude and just wanted to know if you wanted to book now or would hang up. Your receptionist is a big representative of the company. About 15 minutes before our appointment time, we got a phone call from a private number to let us know their ETA. They arrived right at our appointment time, not a minute late. My judgment about the company was not wrong, Dr Susan was very sweet. Once they got to the house, I asked that her assistant wait outside and to only have Dr. Susan come inside after a few minutes while I settled into position with my baby boy. Dr. Susan went above and beyond to make sure my sweet boy did not see her. I held him on my chest sitting on our living room couch as she snuck in and kneeled behind the couch. With him facing the opposite direction, she administered the first injection. The only thing I wish I could have prepared for was that my baby did feel the first shot and it did sting him once it was administered. Nothing on the doctors practice, she even diluted it and gave me an option on how I would like the first shot, IV, IM or SQ. She recommended SQ for less pain and even advised she dilutes it with normal saline as part of her practice. As I registered nurse I know that this can happen with an injection, I just imagine it feels like getting a vaccine- very minimal pain compared to a natural death. Luckily my baby had been receiving sq fluids at the same site of the first sq injection, so my baby probably just thought I was poking him again for give him fluids. My baby boy was deep asleep within ** minutes and did not feel the second shot given intravenous. My baby boy crossed the rainbow bridge knowing he was loved, laying on my chest in the comfort of his own home. The experience of putting your childhood pet to sleep is something no one can truly prepare you for, I miss him everyday. But I rest in comfort knowing I chose the very best service to put him to rest.
It’s nice to totally trust your vet. It’s also so clear how much everybody loves animals here. They’re so sweet to our cats and take all the time we need to answer our questions.
I usually end up waiting a very long time past my appointment time before my pet is seen. And I understand that there is usually only one vet working at a time, but if you make an appointment just make sure you set aside at least 2 hours. Otherwise staff is friendly and the vet is great and knowledgeable.
Having just taken my senior dog in to see Dr. Park-Dorner for an eye issue, we were met with red carpet service the entire time. From an efficient & courteous arrival protocol, to a prompt doctor w/ a welcoming & reassuring demeanor, every step of the visit was positive. The doctor & staff were extremely careful w/my senior girl, & know very well how to calm an anxious dog. I appreciated how well Doctor Park-Dorner explained each step of her evaluation, & I left feeling that I’d placed my sweet fur baby in the BEST of care. Genuinely & highly recommending this exceptional pet ophthalmology group.
The front staff are kind a supportive, the vet tech came out and took the time to love on and relax my dog, and the vet was thorough and communicative about my dog's history and next steps. They're quick with scheduling and have answers for questions like what's the best pet insurance. We (my dog and I) couldn't more highly recommend.
Lovely is the only way I can describe it! The Vet Assistants are super friendly and understanding and so are the Doctors I've met so far. The receptionists are very attentive and will do their best to make you feel welcomed. My cat was stressed and they tried to help by telling him how handsome he was. (P.S it worked). Vet clinic visits have always been stressful for me but I can honestly say I trust them with my pet's care!
Other than the long line (that's worth the wait) they service the pets like If they belong to them, good work people!!!????
We brought our lil dog in on Christmas Day, and the staff was super friendly and courteous. Their online wait-list allowed us to wait at home until it was our turn. Worked out really well. The facilities are very nice, modern and inviting. The lil munchkin was super chill throughout the visit.
My dog is very afraid of grooming, but the team did everything perfectly and very gently. I’ve never seen her fur this soft before

They gave our cat a lion cut that looks fabulous. She’s an older lady cat and she was difficult to groom but they pulled it off. They handled her with tender loving care and she’s so happy.
First time out for my doodle at Fresh Paws was an absolute grand slam. Wonderful service, staff, price, and efficiency--he was done in about an hour and fifteen minutes and looks fantastic. Just moved to the area and was looking for an affordable, but good groomer near us Because we have three Shih Tzu’s and grooming them can get very expensive. I’m so glad I found this spot! Not only is the price great, but they do a very good job and they do it quickly. One of our babies is very timid and is usually a little traumatized going to even a normal groomer who does a decent job. But even she was happy after her grooming session here! That’s actually super incredible because again even good groomers, She’s usually not happy about. I highly recommend! Love this place
My brothers dog is a rescue and usually won’t let anyone touch him they did an amazing job with him definitely coming back thank you ♥️

Got a student groom Tidy Trim service done on Keanu, a wooly pomsky. They did such a great job and when they found mats on his chest that couldn’t be brushed out they called and asked permission to cut them out which I gave. I had been contemplating doing that myself but with a newborn at home it’s been hard to maintain Keanu’s wooly coat on my own. The student grooming sessions are half off, which made it an amazing deal. You can tip on the service even via card payment. Entrance is in back, and they also have a few designated customer parking spots in the lot out back.

My dog LOVES Den, and so do I. It is a pricier day care, but it is worth it to us. We have a young, sweet dog who loves everyone, but can be a bit much. We needed a place where she could learn how to socialize properly. They have a trainer on staff and they offer training sessions to add your day care (at an additional cost). The staff are very skilled, friendly, and patient.

Thank goodness we found Glam Fur Spa. We have an almost-2-year-old Goldendoodle who requires monthly grooming. When he was a puppy, we looked for a place in the valley and chose a spot that looked to be very popular and had some good reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately, every time we came to pick him up, he was shaking, whimpering, bolting for the door, and sometimes would leave with some very awkward hair cuts. I know the groomer is not necessarily every dog's favorite place to be, but felt that he was really having a hard time there. We found Glam Fur Spa online, and my goodness what a difference!! The waiting and grooming areas are clean, with no wet dog smells. You can tell that they keep the space up very nicely. Brodie came here for the first time and oh my gosh, he looked amazing. He's never had such a good cut before. But I'll tell you, we keep going back because of Evelyn. She not only gave him such a great cut, but she was so sweet with him. When we went to pick him up the first time, he didn't want to leave her side and wanted to keep playing with her. Going from a dog that wanted to bolt the second I got there to practically ignoring me because he was so infatuated with Evelyn, our experiences were night and day at Glam Fur Spa, and we're so glad we found them. Brodie has a new grooming home!

She was incredibly detailed in sharing her knowledge, the workbook, and how to give a full session. Had my first ever aerial class there. It was a very positive experience. I was worried my lack of upper body strength would make it impossible but was assured that is how most folks start. By the end i was doing simple tricks.

I had a Somatic Yoga class with Dr. Bobbi Jones here. It was so clensing and fun! I found myself releasing my pain, relaxing, and feeling so good afterward. We even received a free resistant band at the end. Just so long, as we said something kind to ourselves in a small mirror. They also provided all the materials like clean yoga mats and sitting pillows. Best self care event I've been to in a minute!
I have severe sciatic pain and I work a lot while managing a yoga studio and teaching so I never really get the chance to fully relax and recover. I know what poses to do but I needed something else to help my body recover. Missy intuitively knew the exact spots where I needed work in my body, and my hamstrings and glutes felt so much relief afterwards. The mobilizations she did were great too. I guess I knew that I needed to relax more, but this experience really drove it home. I was going to do a workout today but now I'm going home and giving myself a break!
This is one of the best yoga studios I have been to. Regretfully, it no longer offers Restorative Yoga classes. I often reminisce about Shari Goodhartz and her Sunday afternoon class held here.

The only negative is that sometimes moving at the beat of the music, or breath, as they like to say, can be too fast for me (and I have been practicing for many years). Of course this is yoga and one can slow down and flow at their own pace, but if you want to stay with the group, this can be challenging. Not all yoga instructors are huge proponents of this pace of flow, so make sure this is the right yoga studio for you!
I love this place, it's close enough to my home where I can bike here. All of their instructors are very professional and passionate about their practice and you can feel the energy!Parking is a bit tough, but don't let that deter you away from coming. If you are local, I'd recommend walking or biking here!
Leo Zen has changed my body & mind. Leo is an amazing teacher and person and I am so lucky to have found him. He has helped my body become longer, leaner and thinner . He does ballet and yoga but really makes a routine that fits your body based on your needs. Every time I leave Leo I feel lighter and so much more happier than when I walked in. He is a special teacher and motivates you to change your body and mind. I have tried every workout in LA and this is by far the most effective and enjoyable. I have sent people of all ages to Leo and they are all hooked! Thank you Leo Zen!! (i only wish there was an option to add more stars)
I've been getting private Pilates lessons from their PT Sylvia and she has been great. She wants to make sure you grasp every exercise correctly and doesn't let you just slide through. It's been a great way to learn the Reformer. The studio also seems like a good place and the staff is always friendly.
I started going to Made By at the beginning of January this year and have been going consistently on an average of 5-6 days a week and in 4 months my body has changed so much. I absolutely love it! I love the cozy and intimate environment at Made By and all the teachers bring something different to ensure there’s a balanced experience for the body. Would highly recommend!
The Owner, Tikvah is incredibly knowledgable, supportive, and helpful. Her facility is curated to suit the needs of all ages and she specializes in anything from pilates to stretching goals. After we identified the issue I was having she was able to work with me and suggest some stretches and exercises I could do on my own.
Studio MDR East is an amazing Pilates studio! The instructors are fantastic--they really push you to your limits in the best way possible. Each class is challenging, but they're also incredibly motivating, so you feel encouraged to give it your all. The studio itself is always super clean and well-maintained, which makes working out there even better. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you'll definitely leave feeling stronger after each session!

Jaime is fantastic! She's incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the body and movement and, of course, all things pilates. I started sessions with her after my OB recommended pilates to help my diastasis recti heal postpartum. And it has! Jaime tailors each session to me and my goals. She pushes me, and I appreciate it! She's such a fun person to spend an hour with working out. I always look forward to my weekly sessions.10/10 recommend!
Roxanne is the best instructor!!! A friend of mine introduced me to her studio which is very clean and aesthetic. I contacted her and she kindly gave me discounts for the first private session. I’ve tried 2 different instructors before her, but I can’t emphasize enough that she is the best! She is soft and gentle outside but really intense when it comes to training. She can point out where your weaknesses are and construct curriculum around it. I really appreciate her for pushing me and giving me precise instructions. I have convinced my husband to try her and now we do duo sessions with her! I hope everyone gets to try her session!

Whole Body Method is a large, comfortable, classical Pilates studio with two floors of practice space (group class space and private session space). The instructors (shoutout to Cynthia) are welcoming and genuinely interested in you, and the Pilates instruction and education is refreshingly comprehensive. I leave every class feeling pleased at what I've learned and accomplished. It's a gem in the mid-city area!
This review is long overdue, but I've been taking classes with Bridgette at Wundabar for almost 2 years now and I just can't bring myself to go anywhere else for Pilates because she's that good. From her intelligent and challenging sequencing, to flawless cueing, she is truly a master Pilates instructor, simply the best. I cannot recommend Bridgette and her studio enough, if you are in LA you need to experience this yourself!

I love their Springboard Pilates. The instructors are engaging and challenging and really supportive. The space is cute and very relaxing. I'm sad they're moving but they will be offering their reformer classes in their new site for the new year.

I was looking for an experienced professional massage therapist. I chose Kathleen because of all of the great reviews she has. I got a deep tissue massage, and was impressed with her strength. Celio was awesome. I'm a musician and was experiencing tension in my right arm as a piano player, and Celio worked on everything related to it a few hours before I had to perform and my performance was so much better and more comfortable as a result. It's been almost a week since our session and I am still reaping the benefits!

Olas Wellness is my heaven on earth! April has an incredible oasis for one on one, private treatments for her clients. She expertly guided me through post operative plastic surgery healing. She incorporates many different modalities in her treatments from massage, red light, ultrasound, and even has an infrared sauna for her clients. Frequent lymphatic massages after my cosmetic surgery (liposuction) prevented a single scar tissue from forming. I have now moved onto ultrasound cavitation for body contouring and reduces fat. My arms are so much slimmer now and I had no idea this treatment existed before meeting April. Olas is relaxing, priced very reasonably and did I say PRIVATE? Highly recommend

This might’ve been the best massage I’ve ever had! I have gotten many many massages in my life and there’s nothing worse than feeling like there was nothing therapeutic. There was actually done in the session. Not only did the massage feel incredible, but I could tell that she was doing some serious work on me. The cupping felt amazing as well. I HIGHLY recommend investing in some healing self care with Natasha!!

I’ve had severe shoulder pain for over 9 months. After a few treatments, my constant pain has gone from a 4-5 to a 0-2, the shooting pains are gone, and the referred nerve pain down my arm is gone. Dr. Snohomish knew exactly what to do for my injury based on my pain & answers to simple questions. He suggested easy exercises to keep mobility & decrease pain. I’ve been able to sleep without pain for the first time in months. I am beyond grateful.

I highly recommend Matt Schultz for ACL physical therapy. I went through the entire PT (~ 1 year) process with him after ACL surgery, and he was the right combination of encouraging and challenging. Do your exercises, follow his directions, and you'll recover. It's a long process but he will get you through it.
Daniel healed me. I had scar tissue from a long ago car accident in my neck that was causing pain to radiate down into my left shoulder blade and behind it. Deep, incessant pain. No amount of stretching or massaging could alleviate it. The treatment itself is rather uncomfortable but completely worth it. I’m so grateful I found Daniel. A true healer. Like, miraculous, really.
I was referred to Larchmont PT after an accident that left me with concerns about my recovery and mobility, and I’m so glad I was. I worked with Jasper Chong, who was thorough in evaluating my injury for an appropriate course of treatment, taught me how to condition weaker areas to return to my sports and active lifestyle stronger, and patiently coached and challenged me through exercises in every session. I really appreciated that after each visit, Jasper added demos of the exercises we worked on to an app for me to access on my own time. With my injury nearly fully healed, I “graduated” from PT feeling equipped to continue the mobility and strengthening programs we started. Highly recommend Jasper and his really kind team, and will definitely be returning for all of my PT needs.

I visited Mr. Park with a longstanding shoulder impingement issue after my doctors at Kaiser failed to alleviate it. Within a week, after the first treatments, I felt better. I am in my third or fourth week of treatments now and the pain in my shoulder is just about gone. For real.

Lotus PT is the best! I can't say enough good things about this place. When I first went to Lotus I could hardly walk from a bad knee injury. The amazing staff ( Owen,Charlie,and Christine and Arianne) were incredibly helpful,patient and encouraging in improving my range of motion and building up the strength in my legs. It's nothing short of a miracle that I'm back on the hiking trail as if the the injury never happened.
RA Physical Therapy is the best. Amazing clinicians and staff. Everyone from Dr. Ray, to Annie, to everyone on the gym floor, to front desk staff are awesome. They are kind, good at what they do, welcoming and they even make PT fun.
I am so pleased with the quality of the therapists at Evolution in Playa Vista. Their knowledge of how to help clients get the best results is wonderful. However management/owners do not keep the facility clean. To expect the professional staff to do the cleaning is really out of line and shows a certain lack of respect for their employees. That's what cleaning companies are for Would management/owners be willing to clean themselves?
If you require physical therapy Moti Highland Park is the place to go. Their staffing is highly professional, skilled and also very friendly. A big shout out to Dr. Lei Lee who first saw me 7 months ago when I was unable to walk due to recovering from a fractured patella. I am excited to finally be recovered enough to be able to return to my fitness class 4 days a week. Dr. Lei is highly skilled, personable and is dedicated to making sure her patients get the best care. The aids were also an extremely important part of my recovery. Although they are all very good, I spent most of my 7 months working with Charles and Paulina. They made sure I performed my exercises correctly and encouraged me to "keep up the good work" A big thank you to Dr. Lei and to the entire staff at Moti, Highland Park!

Dr. Lee is very gifted. I was having severe hormonal issues for almost 6 weeks trying supplements and other treatments. I finally visited Dr. Lee yesterday and I'm seeing drastic improvements are already 24 hours later. I will definitely be back for more treatments.
I had a significant spine injury requiring surgery to repair and leaving some paralysis and numbness in my legs. A friend offered to buy me a treatment and after asking if one might help, as I was in from out of town, I accepted. I remained skeptical as to what might be achieved. I entered a well-appointed, comfortable office, and was interviewed as to the specifics of my issue. The treatment was surprisingly comfortable, mostly due to skill and partly to the heat lamps provided in the treatment room. Here it is almost a week later snd my balance and control over my legs remain improved. I was so impressed, I began arranging acupuncture treatments in my home state, an option I never would have pursued without my experience here. This became a life changing improvement, and I feel I owe it to Golden Needle.
I found NAMU acupuncture on Yelp last year while I had back pain while lifting up my niece. It was a Saturday and a lot of clinics were closed, but I was in so much pain and knew I had to get it treated immediately. Thankfully, I found NAMU acupuncture clinic while searching online and called to confirm they were open. The doctor picked up the phone himself and was able to fit me in, despite his busy schedule. Once I arrived, we discussed my injury and treatment plan. Dr. Choi does not rush you, unlike some other acupuncture clinics I've been to. He is a great listener and really takes time to understand your needs/issues/pain. In one session, I miraculously felt a lot better and was actually able to walk with a straight back. Dr. Choi told me to come back a few more times to finish my treatment, which I did, and my back was good to go! After my great experience with Dr. Choi at this clinic, I've started taking my mom and brother. My mom has chronic back pain/chest pain/arthritis/etc. so she has been going regularly. She's now a huge fan! (They also accept certain types of insurance, which is super helpful) My brother, who frequently has foot pain, has also been in and out of the clinic every time his foot pain comes back. I am now back and being treated for my severe wrist pain. While I don't go regularly like my mom, I know exactly where to go if I am ever in pain or injured :) It's really convenient for me as I can get treated with my mom at the same time in the same room! The clinic is clean and Dr. Choi is super friendly and always welcoming! I've been to several other acupunture clinics in Koreatown and cannot recommend any others except NAMU acupuncture clinic!! PARKING: There's a big parking lot (free) in the building with security and I've never had issues finding a spot.
I have suffered from allergies and eczema for as long as I can remember. My day to day consisted of taking antihistamines and applying topical creams to manage my symptoms. As I got older I noticed my allergies and eczema getting worse, and every time, my doctors would only prescribe more antihistamines and stronger topical creams (stronger steroids, immunosuppressants). My breaking point occurred in 2022 when my eczema got so bad that it resulted in multiple visits to urgent care where I was prescribed strong oral steroids. However, every time the oral steroid prescription ended my symptoms would come back and they would be worse than before. I realized I had developed TSW (topical steroid withdrawal) from the years of steroid use and I decided to seek another option as western doctors continued to push more steroids on me. I began receiving treatment from Dr.Choi in October 2022 that consisted of acupuncture, herbal medicine and lifestyle changes. My initial TSW symptoms were so severe that I was unable to fully open my eyes, turn my neck or move my arms. I am now at the end stages of my treatment for TSW and I feel healthier than ever! I have learned eczema was only a symptom for other health issues in the body and by targeting and improving that, the eczema will no longer be an issue. Healing from TSW has been the hardest and most painful thing I have ever experienced. As the patient, it involves patience, time and commitment. However, Dr.Choi has been there with me every step of the way to educate me, provide exceptional treatment and encourage me. Dr. Choi is truly one of a kind and I highly recommend him!!!!
I never thought about getting acupuncture but I personally know Gloria the office manager and she convinced me to get treatments. The thought of being a pin cusion and seeing flames in the cups, then put on my back sounded scary. But after meeting Dr.Li and her team doctor Sally I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Cho has helped with my knees and my headaches. It's phenomenal that I spent three years with a horrible headache, and through all scans and medical examinations, no one could find out why. I mentioned the headaches to Dr Cho, and he immediately started treatment for it . In two visits, my headache is virtually gone.

It was my first time with an Acupuncture treatment. First, I was impressed by a beautiful and very clean and neat office as well as the room I was placed in. Dr Hu was very gentle and personable and he listened to me carefully. I explained I had been suffering from dizzy spells for a long time and no treatment seemed to help at all. After only one treatment with Dr Hu, a miracle happened: all my dizzy spells have disappeared! I can now go back to my regular life with no fear: going on freeways, to my gymnasium...I cannot thank him enough!

I can't thank Luis from Abel's Driving School enough for helping me overcome my fear of driving at 28! I had always been really nervous about getting behind the wheel but Luis was incredibly patient and supportive and he made the lessons enjoyable. He made sure I felt comfortable at every step, which made a huge difference in building my confidence. The staff at the school, including the secretary, were all super nice as well and really flexible with scheduling my lessons, which I appreciated since I have a pretty busy schedule. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of instruction I received. I passed my driving test on the first try! My daughter took a series of six classes. The experience was excellent. They have their own cars which they drive to your house. The car has an extra break pedal in the passenger seat to the instructor can intervene if necessary. We were surprised that my daughter didn't have single instructor for all of the lessons, but there were advantages to that, because it's good to get a variety of input. My wife and I were delighted not to have to do the teaching ourselves!
Learning how to drive in your mid 30s can be daunting. I regretted not learning sooner and I knew I would need all the practice I could get. I especially needed an instructor who had patience and who was very experienced/knowledgeable. After several hours of practice, today I got my license on my first try! I couldn't be happier and proud. None of this would've been possible without my driving instructor Jorge. He was kind and very thorough in our driving lessons. I would recommend him to anyone who is starting off on their driving or anyone who needs a refresher on driving. If you found yourself reading this post, let this be a sign that you should sign up for this driving school and in particular with this instructor: Jorge. Good luck on your path to obtaining a drivers license!
Best driving school with great customer service. My daughter learned so much and enjoyed her lessons. The instructors Janet and Michelle were patient and friendly. After 6 hours behind the wheel lessons and a ride to DMV, my daughter passed easily. Great experience. Highly recommend.
I only used them once, but I like how flexible they were with me and my son... I procrastinated and waited until the last minute to get my 18 year old driving lessons. I panicked 2 days before my sons driving exam and ended up calling Oxford driving school, they were willing to accommodate my son last minute. They offered a 2 hour class the next day. I paid same day I called and my son was taken to the DMV area an practiced. My son said the driving instructor was cool and patient. He said he had a great driving experience and he felt more confident about passing the test the next day. I felt very happy about his experience and the level of service with Oxford driving school.

I purchased the 6 hour package back in October and did my first lesson on October 24th with Gisela. Loved Gisela, she had nice control when necessary but mostly let me do my thing; she wasn't overbearing or nervous, she was calm and fun. I texted the office to schedule my second lesson with her only to find out that she no longer works for them, so I schedule it with Sophia. I did not like Sophia at all, first off she was late to my appointment by 20 minutes because she was trapped in a Korean church parking lot while cleaning out the car. She extended the lesson 20 mins so I was able to get my full 2 hours but I did not like how she kept ranting during the lesson about being trapped by the Korean church attendees as she kept pointing out the fact that they're Korean. Throughout the lesson she kept touching my wheel (which wasn't necessary as I don't drift outside of the lane) and she was distracted by her own ranting. I was heading down Vermont and as I'm in the right lane I notice that it's about to end however I can't make the move to merge because she recommended that I listen to her to tell me when I should make moves. She finally comes back to after ranting just to tell me to merge, yeah no ish. So I merge but have a hard time because it's short notice and hazardous because the cars behind me were merging and there was traffic in the left lane already. Her turning technique made my turning worse and the position she had me adjust my seat to was too close to the wheel and uncomfortable. She also asked if Gisela got a ticket while picking me up which is messy and unprofessional on her part because the ticket in question was dated October 25, I never had a lesson on that day. Anyways, my last lesson was with Ray. I loved Ray, we practiced on turns and by the end I was confident in my turns and didn't want the lesson to end. He was calm, chill, yet assertive with control over the car when necessary. He wasn't shy to use that brake on me when needed, very humbling lol. He was kind, fun, and not overbearing with the wheel (he's never had to touch my wheel to help me stay in center on my lane, he only did so when teaching me how to turn.) I tried to buy another 6 hour package and schedule more lessons with Ray only to find out he's gone too. It's time to look for a different school because Sophia and Harry are the only ones available at the moment which sucks but other than that Karen who works the front desk was sweet and responsive. Overall 4/5, however I would've liked to learn how to reverse and park in my third lesson as promised by Gisela, however I feel as though my progress was stunted by Sophia.
You’ll forsure pass your drivers test if you pay attention to the person helping you. other than that its up to you. good luck!
