Staining a sisal area rug that was less than a year old does not typically lend itself to writing a glowing review...but in this case, it does.Ruben Rodriguez helped me find the perfect rug in December 2021, so it made sense to turn to him and Contempo again to rectify my situation. He was appropriately empathetic and kind, and as he effortlessly set things in motion for Gray Sisal Rug Take Two, my frustration began to dissipate.The rug was delivered yesterday. i just had contempo replace my carpeting and entry floor tile. mathewgreene, their primo sales representative provided me the best customerservice i've had in a long while. the installation was perfect, the productsbeautiful and i'm glad i went to contempo for my decorating needs.
