Stanford General Dermatology Clinic in Los Altos

This clinic has got to be the RUDEST AND MOST RIDICULOUS clinic ever. They have a 10 min grace period and then if you are even 11 min late (which I was) they mark you as a no show and ban you from being seen - treating their patients like punished children. There was no call from them on their end to see if I was on my way and no one answered the phone when I called to make sure they knew I was facing traffic and on my way. I drove all the way from San Ramon during my work day to make this appt and then was treated like I had leprosy when I arrived. Dr. Cynthia Tsai is my mother's primary care physician at Stanford. We are grateful for her help! My mother, Diana, is having a very good experience under her care. Dr. Tsai is very attentive and also very responsive. She genuinely cares and listens carefully during the appointment. My mother had a lot of follow up questions, and Dr Tsai responded to all of them very patiently and with helpful details. Thank you for your great care for my mother, Dr Tsai!
