Jong and Claudia did a great job help us to buy a house, they were patient, not pushing us to go with higher bid, helped us on the disclosures, negotiated multiple times with the sellers...Finally we got a house we love with a reasonable price. Jong and Claudia created a detailed checklist help us through each steps of moving in and getting everything ready in our new home...
We purchased our home in Nov. 2019. Claudia and Jong represented us as buyer's agents. I recently contacted (in July 2021) Jong to renovate the bathroom vanity and a few other items in the house. He still helped promptly and without charging anything for his consultancy after almost two years of purchasing the home. He helped me to get his contractors and got the work done promptly. The finished task had excellent quality and very timely execution.Back in 2019, We were searching for a home that meets our requirements for a while. After more than six months of exploration, we contacted Claudia. Claudia and her husband, Jong, discussed this with my wife and me. Claudia carefully asked several questions to understand our requirements. She was trying to find out the boundaries of our needs in terms of location, age of the house, number of stories, financial limits. She suggested more possible places and neighborhoods around the city that we were looking at to fulfill our requirements. That opened up new avenues to explore. Immediately after the first meeting, she provided a list of "current open houses" in the desired location. It was awe-inspiring because every house that she suggested met 90% of our requirements. She was precisely on the point. She provided us with both positive and negative aspects of every home we visited. She carefully read each disclosure documents and provided us with the details. We were impressed by how accurately she listed even the negative aspects of the house. That clearly showed that she put us under no pressure to buy. Within only two weeks of searching with her, we landed up with an offer. During an offer, she negotiated the price. She even guided us through escrow and the specific title that we should go for. After the purchase, she and Jong helped us to remodel the house as per our requirements. Conclusively it was a pleasure and a very positive experience to work with her and Jong. We strongly recommend Jong and Claudia as real estate agents.
