It’s been over a year now and none of it has returned. “Our yard has drainage pipes that we're clogged up with tree roots, not knowing anyone I picked Bob Jacques out Yelp at random... Bob turned out to be a good choice, he came out to see us for quotes and ended up staying here for an hour or more power washing out the lines and running hose through to get idea where the clogs were and did not charge me for it! He gave me a quote and we booked him. Me Jacques looks a little rough, with long hair and tattooed arms, but then you'd probably expect someone in landscaping to look that way lol, but I could see in talking with him he was a straight shooter. He came out on the scheduled day, with his foreman and they repaired/replaced several feet of pipes and tee joints and repaired a couple sprinkler lines that I had cut in my failed attempts lol. He saved me a lot of money by showing me most of the problems were just cleaning out clogs and kept the replacement to a minimum! Where I had expected the whole line to be replaced.They finished the job in 5-6 hrs but only charged me the quoted 4 hrs.! The 20 Yr old line took some unusual turns from an obvious amateur installation which couldn't have been foreseen so it took longer to dig up. Mr Jacques did a good job and kept everything more than fair priced! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any landscaping work!“

“In 2009 David did our backyard patio and the pathway from the fence gate all the way to the backyard. The concrete is still good in quality after 15 years. So I recently tried my luck by calling the old phone number to request his service again for a new project: to expand the concrete space in the backyard. The phone number is still working; David and his team completed the project totally based on my wish. I am so happy with the result. “Great quality densely grassed sod. The same price with delivery included as local big box store. Pretty sure the 3 pallets were cut that morning and didn't sit out like local big box. It's 6 month's later and the stuff is still thick and dense and feels great under bare feet.“

From my initial conversation with Suzette, you could tell she was very knowledgeable in her field. She asked the right questions and made suggestions in order for my yards to be what I wanted them to be. She even suggested addresses to go look at to see which type of landscaping I really wanted. This made this much easier to make my choices.Once the job began, she was on sight to manage what had to be done. Suzette is very easy to speak and work with. She lets you know exactly what is going to happen, and the approximate time it will take. Her crew is top notch. They are always on time, and are very hard working. They too know exactly what they are doing, and do incredible work. I am somewhat picky about what needs to be done, but I never had a worry about what was being done. Whenever I thought about something was or was not getting done, it always got done immediately before I could even question it.
