There is no public parking lot but you can park out front or one of the nearby residential streets. The man who did the live scan was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Though I don't recall his name, he was a higher up or owner. He made the experience great and told us how long the process would be and was very transparent about pricing, etc. I recommend this business for your live scan or notary services.
