Any tax issues they are ones to give you the guidance you need. My family have known them for well over 40 years, when they were in their previous location across the street. I have done my taxes with them since I was 18yrs old, even when I was in the service across the U.S. The reason…I trust them. I have had one tax issue in the past and they were able to help me through it. William is my go-to guy. Super knowledgeable and very personable when it comes to anything relating to taxes. I've been coming here since 2005, they are knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. I've recommended people to them throughout the years for these same reasons. I've worked with Patty and William. My only complain would be price, my fee is always raised every year I come back. It's a raise of $15 to $40. For example in 2016 my fee was $130 the following year was $170. This year I paid close to $200. My son in law payed $85 last year and this year he was charged $130 he's a college student and working. I don't understand how fees are determinated or monitor. Other then that, I would recommend them for their services, location and environment.
