“I have had a mixed experience with my last foot doctor and decided to take the advice of a customer that was discussing the doctor down the street from my work as they ranted and raved about the foot doctor I was lucky enough to grab a canceled appointment . Well I had a great experience from my first interaction. I walked up to check in with receptionist as I was taking care of the payment for the office visit. The gal at the front desk was very helpful and explained the process and how the deductible was taken care of the overage was explained by the front desk person and she continued on to state that they would issue a check if the insurance covers the payment will be reimbursed. I realized at that time that the majority of the doctors staff were and are my customers at the vons grocery store up the street. The physician assistant/ xray technician I also knew as customers. And she was very nice and helpful . NOW the doctor was absolutely incredible she had an amazing soft touch with blinders to stop the patient from seeing needles. She wanted me to compare her injection to the last foot doctor. Well since I flew in the air and this new doctor was so good she gave me two shots and I had no pain while she finished and felt very little pain if any. After looking over the X-rays and the other doctors report Dr Khalwam found d the problem that has been obvious and began treating my pain and then will fix the other problems that I have on my over worked feet. She was amazing and is gonna take the screws out in the next few days I give the dr Khalwam and her amazing staff a 10 out of 10“

“I would give Dr. Ngo 10 stars if I could! Such a caring person! Took my son here after getting injured from his track meet. Dr. Ngo is so knowledgeable and he took his time to assess my son and gave him exercises and tips to help with his recovery. He regularly followed up to see how he was doing (you won't get this from any other doctors) and even offered to go to his track meet! He treated my son like his own! I'm so glad we found his office and so conveniently close to where we live. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ngo to all friends and family!!“

He employs a wide variety of techniques with his treatments and is able to cruise through a ton of them over the course of the appointment. As new problems present themselves, he's able to adjust his treatment to match whatever is flaring up at the time. He's also able to coach you through lifestyle changes, stretches and exercises you can do in between treatments to really get rid of the problem for good.“
