“I was diagnosed with scoliosis in middle school and since have had lots of debilitating back pain. I went to numerous chiropractor's throughout the years and most of them would just see me quickly and adjust my back/ neck. I would temporarily feel better for a few days or maybe a week or two and then go back to being in pain. I ended up just dealing with the pain and thinking it was just something I had to live with... that is until i found Kim. Kimberly is one of the most thorough doctors/chiropractors that Ive ever been to. On our first appointment, she did an entire analysis of my back and other problem areas to see where my pain/ numbness was stemming from and what/ which of my daily activities might be causing or contributing to them. Instead of just doing a quick fix of adjusting me, she worked with me by rehabilitating and strengthening my weak/ problem areas. I was given a few exercises to do every day along with a routine of icing and practices for my posture/ how to sit correctly in the car or my office chair. I never write Yelp reviews but felt I needed to share my experience so everyone in South Bay can know what an amazing physical therapist/ chiropractor Kimberly is. I know it sounds cheesy- but she really has changed my life and I now can say Im not living in physical pain every day! I have since referred my husband, best friend and numerous colleagues and all of them can't thank me enough and wish they had found her sooner!“

“This review is long overdue so I will keep this review short & sweet. I only had one, less than optimal session with one of the therapists. I should have spoken up, however, to their defense, they may have thought my injury was severe so they weren’t as aggressive as I wanted them to be. Other than that, I looked forward to each of my sessions! I was able to “graduate” quite fast and I continue to utilize the exercises that were taught to me. “Dr. Tran is extremely well-educated and passionate about helping people achieve their optimal health. I started seeing him to help treat my headaches/exercise-induced migraines and neck tension. He adjusts my spine (back and neck), ankles, feet, hips, does check ups on shoulders, wrists, and knees, and loosens tight muscles at every appointment. “Amazing! Called and got right in (even in our Covid19 madness) after two sleepless nights with severe lower back pain. Dr. Hardy (not sure on spelling) Quickly found the source of my pain and after a little stretching followed by an adjustment I walked out feeling so much better. As I write this it has been literally been 2 hours since I found them on Yelp, called, went in and now back home following Ice, heat, stretch and repeat recommendation to help with muscle pain/inflammation. I walked in to set up an appointment for my mom and the process was literally a breeze, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Katriina at the front was AMAZING. She was so sweet and was the only person at the front, but it shows she can multitask and does her job flawlessly. I told her my mom was unable to walk or get out of the car due to an ACL tear, and she was so understanding.
