My one dissatisfaction was the actual massage. A couple instances where the therapist was pressing on my bones rather than my muscles. Didn't really do use any pressure. Basically just an oily back rub. The atmosphere was great, but the initial reason I went was to undo some of these knots in my neck and back and I did not feel there was any effort to achieve that.“
