“I usually go to my acupuncturist and chiropractor to help fix my rotator cuff and back, but lately it doesn't seem to help. So I decided to try a session with Scott, owner of Mystic Massage & Wellness. I had a 90 minute session of Cup Therapy/Myofascial Decompression. It was very different from what I was used to. The session consisted of massage with electrodes, cupping and scrapping with light body movement. Then, we did a series of movement exercises with body weight. It was very interactive and almost like a workout, at the end I was exhausted. I was sent home with band and weight exercises to do until my next session. So far, I feel this treatment is much more geared to my athletic training and seems more useful than the old conventional style treatments I recieved in the past.“

I came all the way from London to shoot a wedding and was so glad Luna sorted me out before I spent a day on my feet carrying heavy equipment because now I feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The massage studio itself is clean, cosy and comfortable plus add that to Luna's warm and welcoming manner makes it the perfect place to relax in. The message itself was very thorough, I had all my knots taken care off, had a lot of care taken on my face and neck which i've never had done before, and there was even a nice surprise at the end where i was asked to breath in and I took in the aroma of peppermint and it cleared up my stuffy nose and was the perfect cherry on top of a very professional and pleasant cake. If you're in town I cannot recommend her enough!!“

Very clean, professional and efficient.Best of all, they use non grease massage lotion so you don’t feel all oily when you hit the showers at home.I always call for appointment though they say they accept walk-ins. They do ask for payment upfront, and be prepared to tip accordingly; the masseuse will ask for larger tip if you ask for a ‘harder’ massage.“

I did a stomach tightening procedure which was great as it forces me to not eat as much which have been helpful that I have been struggling with emotional eating since the pandemic started. I lost 6 pounds in 1 month which have been very hard for me to do in the last 3 years. Another neat thing about the stomach tighting is that it forces you to also eat and drink slow as I am someone who struggles with eating too quickly. Because when you eat fast or a lot you feel fuller faster and you also feel the stomach not taking the food and fluid quickly.“

“I was really stressed out today and had a long day at work and have been workingout a lot this month. I decided I needed a massage today to take my stress off, and boy was it nice. I ended up getting lucky and no one was there, although it was 9:30 and they closed at 10. The owner named Joyce gave me my massage. For $30 for a 30 minute massage it’s probably the best deal in town. The best part was towards the end she used hot stones all along my spine. I would definitely return. Especially since I’ve broken my back in the past and sit for long periods of time at work it can be very rejuvenating to get a massage.“
