I reached out to my friend Tom @ Primo plumbing & he helped me source a needed part and his very smart son, Jordon came out and VOILA! They fixed my darn toilet! It was a MIRACLE ON MYRTLE AVENUE! I'm really grateful to Primo for having the knowledge to know how to deal with more complex plumbing problems. They saved my lovely 1930 tiled bathroom!“

“I noticed a leak outside my townhome that was dripping right above my garage. I contacted Mr. Rooter the next day and Mariah was able to get someone to come out immediately to check out the issue. John B. was the plumber sent out to us and he was absolutely fantastic. The leak turned out to be a major issue since we weren't able to immediately identify the source. John was honest with us every step of the way and suggested we contact our homeowners insurance to get quotes prior to him continuing more work. We eventually requested for John to come back out and he fixed the issue. A lot of stucco had to be broken but John never complained or gave up - eventually finding the source of the leak! It was such a small pinhole leak that was causing the issue. He replaced the old copper piping and we haven't had any issues since. Tanya was also amazing throughout the process. She coordinated the stucco repair with an outside repairman, Fernando, who also did an amazing job. Tanya was patient with my changing schedule and limited timeline and I'm just so grateful. Overall, highly recommend working with Mr. Rooter for any of your plumbing issues! Everyone I worked with here made a stressful situation much more manageable. They're honest and go above and beyond to help you get things done correctly!“

I appreciate their customer service team and ability to put them in contact with my tenants directly to schedule appointments. My suggestion: They should give heads up on costs while work is being done. Labor and parts.“

His quote was fair and very competitive compared to other quotes I received from local companies. He worked with our city to obtain appropriate permits. He completed the project swiftly on a projected timeline. After the repiping, we noted leak underneath the kitchen sink. He sent his plumber to address this promptly and even had a water filter person change tubing in our reverse osmosis system which was leaking. He was present during final inspection. He replaced my kitchen faucet, gave me almost immediately the estimate of cost for repairing a toilet, and a shower, and miscellaneous work on another toilet.
