“We live in East Highlands Ranch right below the lake. The neighborhood/track of homes we live in was built in 1990. About 10 years ago, the houses (most of them on the 'Wood' streets) began having 'leaks ' that needed repairs. These repairs stemmed from the pipes coming from the homes, under the driveways, and ending up at the water turn on/off point near the sidewalks. I am NOT a plumber so I am MOST CERTAINLY saying this wrong. BUT, Loma Linda Plumbing did an AMAZING/EXCELLENT job repairing our pipes. They had to tear out part of our driveway. They only took out what they needed to. And they did an excellent job on the 'actual repair job'. Most of the houses in our subdivision have had this repair work done already....at the homeowners cost. But if you haven't, or need work done, call them.
