Shropshire was sent to my home through my home warranty company when our heater went out. The technician that arrived said he did not work on the package unit on our roof based on what he could see of it from our front yard; the unit is on the backside of the roof of my home. He did not go into my back yard to get a better look or to confirm the make/model of the unit or anything like that. Another company was sent out through the home warranty company and the technician went into my backyard and was able to see that a panel had blown off the unit and the pilot light had been extinguished. He replaced the panel after re-lighting the pilot light.We could have had heat four days sooner had the technician from Shropshire just went into my backyard.

Mr. Shropshire arrived earlier than he said, which was good for me. He checked our HVAC and knew exactly what was needed. Our unit is an old unit, but he was not concerned that he could fix it. After a few challenges the HVAC was started up and ran like a new unit. Praises to Mr Shropshire!

Huge Thank you to Lee! Our home warrenty contracted Mr. Shropshire to our house for our ac unit because it kept blowing a fuse. He called us almost immediately after I requested service with my warrenty and set us up with an appointment. Once he came out to the house, he took his time explaining and showing possible causes of our issue. Also took the time and cleaned the compressor and now our unit is working great. Very reliable and prompt on service, I seriously couldnt have asked for more. Thank you!
