I lost all cooling and called Blackwell. Gabriel came on time the came the same day. He was very knowledgeable and and ran the problem down quickly. I ended up having Chris come out and pricing a new complete system as mine was fairly old. I found the pricing to be very competitive and I went with Blackwell.

Recently had an air conditioner and heater put in by Blackwell Services, my normal go-to company apparently joined Services with them, trusting their judgement, I scheduled an appointment with them. After setting up the estimate, and meeting with the estimator, we came to an agreement and set up service for a few days later. On the day of our appointment, Freddy and his assistant showed up on time, were extremely professional, jovial and seemed to actually enjoy their work. We had our furnace die due to a cracked heat exchanger. Our normal HVAC guy Lemo's Heating and Air had joined forces with this company to do some of his big jobs. We made an appointment with Chris and he showed up promptly and on time. Chris discussed our replacement options and related costs. After we made our decision to replace our whole system with a high efficiency heat pump unit, we were scheduled for install. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They removed the old unit and our relatively new A/C compressor with zero damage to our home. They let me know what they were doing every step of the progress.
