My old air conditioner was not cooling, I had a different company out for a tune up that turned into a 20k quote. I called Baker’s and Lee was able to come by the next day. He was awesome from the start, he knew right away that the previous guy hadn’t closed a door correctly, causing the unit to not turn on. He knew what to check for regarding the old unit, what I needed to get up and running and scheduled the installation. Vinh, Dustin and Jakob were awesome. Very professional, polite, and well mannered. Vinh for making the decision easy for me when he gave me the estimate. Dustin and Jakob for making me feel at ease leaving them at my home. They were always on time, and always let me know what was going on if they needed to leave. AMAZING SERVICE!Our entire A/C/Heating system died and I picked them because of the previous 5* reviews, they for sure earned them as I found out for myself.
