I’ve been to many Ulta stores, but by far this is the best one with the best customer service. As soon as I walked in, a friendly associate (I didn’t catch her name) helped me right away. She showed me exactly where the product was located and even did a shade match for me. She was very attentive, patient, and genuinely nice. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this store — definitely the best Ulta I’ve visited so far!
Customer service is amazing, though she wasn’t familiar of the french brand Vichy she called and asked and helped me find the area for it. Sadly there’s only a handful but hopefully there will be more products of Vichy. It’s the only brand like La Roche Posay that calmed my overly sensitive skin that burned from use of anything Retinal or HA products from Korean brands to JBeauty and Original. I am from Toronto and visit my family often and I forgot my Vichy cicalfate wash. I decided to get the La Roche Toleriane wash.
I usually go to this Ulta a lot since it’s super close to my house, normally I don’t leave negative reviews like this but the sales manager that was ringing up my products today at Ulta was not nice. I kind of wished that she approached me a lot nicer especially if she didn’t know about the free gift for students that has been going on. She told me there was nothing found on the system after I explained what the barcode is for. But the way she talked was filled with so much attitudes(there was no line and no one behind me).
