It's not quite common anymore that you have someone to call that you can depend on and refer them to someone by name. The gentleman who helped us was named Derek.We had called him around 11am and by 2pm that same day he arrived. Chipper, kind, very knowledgeable and experienced. With his bag in one hand he shook ours with the other and told us "With your system being how old it is- give me 10 minutes and I will have it all figured out." As a challenge I set my timer and he was up and back down in 9 minutes and 38 seconds. He brought the part down and told us what he had found- a simple fix. Signal Heating & A/C was the company that installed HVAC for the houses in my community . I go back to them whenever we have issues. So far each time they were contacted, they have consistently been easy to schedule appointments with, thorough with diagnosis and would be able to fix issue same visit or the next visit with the necessary part. Their prices are reasonable and are dependable.
