“I found Todd on thumbtack. He called and we set up a time to look at our problem. He showed up on time. He was extremely courteous. He is SO easy to talk to. He then listen to what we had to say the problem. He spent next 45-60 minutes diagnosing the issue. I took him another 30-45 minutes to fix the problem.
