“This review is long overdue! I brought in my 2 year old Chihuahua in for rear leg surgery. She had lost all muscle mass and use of her back. We were worried that her active lifestyle wouldn't look the same after this injury. From the second we walked in the door we were greeted warmly, all staff and doctors were gentle and kind. They explained the procedure thoroughly , pre-care, aftercare, medications, exercise schedules and set expectations for after the surgery. We had a follow up exams and felt like we could call with any questions or concerns at anytime. I'm happy to report a full recovery and 100% quality of life after 5 months. She is back to all of her daily routines and has regrown all the muscle around her leg. I cant thank the staff enough and highly recommend there professional expertise, care and concern for you and your fur kid!“

Then she went over the treatment options and helped me understand in clear language how they work and the conditions they treat. I had been a little overwhelmed with internet info and she did a great job sorting it out for me, giving me the confidence to make a good decision. My dog seemed very relaxed with her. “I got my cat neutered here about a year ago. Due to the great service of my first visit, I came back to bring my cat for a wellness exam and vaccinations. I was nervous because my cat is a sweetheart at home but doesn’t do well with other people. Even though my cat was hissing and growling they were still being so patient with him. Dr. Dworak was amazing handling my cat. She took the time to give us some advice on his diet to prevent future health problems. My husband and I were really impressed with the whole service. We were worried because we didn’t know how well they would handle my cat’s behavior. The Front desk were very nice and the assistant that helped Dr. Dworak, was so sweet. Usually many people aren’t patient with my cat and are so fast to judge due to his behavior. That’s why it made me so happy how well they treated him. I will definitely come back for any more services my cat may need. This is a place you can trust! My cat means the world to me and seeing how well they did with him warmed my heart. “Where have I been that I didn't know about this absolutely incredible team?! I'm going to keep this review as short as possible, but needless to say, there are literally tons of positive things I can say! Right off the bat, the staff made the transition from our previous vet seamless and stress-free. We took our Maltipoo, Monkey, in because he was peeing all over the house. The staff got his medical records from our previous vet, and we were off to the races. I was very impressed with Dr. Balma and his thoroughness - not just in trying to figure out the cause of my dog's problem, but taking the time to explain all of the possibilities so I would know what I could face. Not only that, the doctor and the staff - Andrea, Stephanie R, and Giovanna - followed up and have continued to do so by text. I was shocked and SO touched by the simple act of just checking in. The techs have also been fabulous - Albania, Patrick, and probably others I can't name now. Even though we live a good half an hour away, we will continue to see this fantastic group of folks to take care of our fur babies!“

“My dog has been a patient for about a year or two, mostly just for annual checkups and vaccines However, she was recently experiencing some symptoms that I wanted checked out ASAP. I called in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in same day. I know I was lucky with that, but I was so appreciative that they could get us in so quickly. Everyone that I saw was friendly and really sweet to my vet-anxious dog. They were able to take her in the back and get her taken care of promptly, and my dog was feeling better by the time she left the office. An extra plus - my bill was also less than I had anticipated. “We took our very anxious 11 year old maltipoo here and we're so happy with the staff . From the first phone call scheduling his first appointment with them I felt reassured. The vet came in and sat on the floor with him for quite some time to get him more comfortable with her and both her and the technician took time to get to know him and put us at ease . Our pup needed to have his teeth cleaned and ended up getting 4 teeth pulled. They outlined the procedure thoroughly and gave us costs before hand . On the day of his surgery they were so kind and understanding. I am so happy to have found them!“
