Pacific Pet Hospital came highly recommended by family and friends when I moved to Chula Vista with my dog, Roxie. The office was well appointed, front desk staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, Dr Humphrey was thorough and put my Chihuahua/Papillion (yes, a "nervous" type) at ease and explained everything to my satisfaction, and the back end staff was wonderful as well. PPH will definitely be seeing us regularly!
Wonderful staff; was able to get last minute appt for our cat, and both Dr and vet tech listened to all our concerns and answered our many questions without making us feel rushed or judged for being overly concerned about our cats health issues. Definitely recommend!
This place is AMAZING! Unfortunately our 3yr old cat lost his life ? I mentioned it to Pacific Pet Hospital and out of no where the staff sent our family a condolences card with every one of their staff writing an encouraging note for our family. That was such a BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET SENTIMENT ? THANK YOU ?? for caring for our furry babies!
