I definitely don't want rats in my home but if it had to happen, the silver lining is interacting with people leading a company who are just absolutely amazing.

Thank you Khrystine and Sylvia! Sylvia is super friendly and personable at first contact in the office and Khrystine showed up for the service call as one of the most delightful people I've ever met! She got to work right away, trouble shooting, problem solving, doing an inspection respectfully and carefully. She took her time and made sure at every step to educate us and help us consider prevention measures for rodent control (that aren't totally obvious). This company is terrific. Sylvia is a pleasure to deal with and she is always willing to answer questions and try to accommodate with scheduling. They always do the least toxic and invasive treatment -- I am chemically sensitive and they are very respectful. Raphael is the exterminator in charge of our building and he has been fabulous. He is thoughtful, efficient, and willing to take the time to really listen and think through the problem. I recommend them most highly. An added plus is that it is nice to support a small business.
