As a realtor in LA I worked with a lot of termite companies but excellent fumigation is my favorite. They are very professional with reasonable prices. I used them for my own home and I highly recommend them.

When I was looking for termite fumigation I went to Yelp, so I figured I should pass along my experience for the next person trying to judge who to choose. I got quotes from three companies and decided upon Excellent Fumigation. I am glad I did! Luis showed up on time for the estimate and did a thorough inspection of my house. I had already seen signs of dry termites in some of the wood around my windows, but did not know the "mud tubes" near the entry were from subterranean termites. The staffs are helpful and friendly. This company only provides tenting fumigation, they don't do any repairs or replacement of damaged woods. We can only believe them there is no active termite after fumigation but will have to seek for another company if you have to replace the damaged areas, and you will end up paying more. You may consider to hire a company that covers both fumigation and repairs woods.
