I wish I could say the same for his office staff (especially Gloria)! I had to secure another primary doctor and for decades my records were with doctor Wu...(Gloria) had me come into the office during final last few weeks before closing office to sign a release of my records to my new prospective doctor. I did, but for whatever reason, she did not send them (fax) them or give them to my new doctor of choice! For being Dr. Wu's patient for decades, I am "left hanging out to dry" -or- I fell through the cracks" for lack of the best description of my long-term care from a wonderful doctor!!! GLORIA should be held for neglectful responsibility in her supposed position who was working in a caring and professional office!
