“Sometimes when I'm frustrated with my nails, I decide to just be bummed and leave, this time, I spoke up... and I was pleasantly surprised to receive no eye roll, no huffing & puffing. The woman who was in charge (?) came over and quickly cleaned up the polish from around my nails and even used it as a teachable moment for her staff. My nails look great, and I am happy to give 5 stars to a shop who takes pride in their work, and openly respects not only their customers but their staff as well. I'll be back.“
