“I walked into Marin Essential Salon without an appointment, crossed my fingers and asked if anyone could color and trim my hair. I haven't done anything with my hair since before COVID so my 'natural' color was gray, blonde and lots of dark brown in the back. I asked Issam to give me all gray hair. Well, he did an amazing job and my hair looks great again. In the sun it looks blonde but if you take a closer look it is actually gray with only a few blonde streaks and it looks natural. If I get a little more adventurous I may add some silver streaks and know who I will go to for help! I appreciate you squeezing me into your busy day and making me feel like family, Issam! Thank you!!!“

“So so thankful to have finally found a clean, comfortable, friendly and efficient nail salon. Kathy is awesome!!! I’ve been twice now, first just a drop in to have her remove a bad mani I had gotten somewhere else, then went back a week later (today) for a powder dip. Both times, I called ahead and she got me in same day. My natural nails are very weak and short, and Kathy worked with me to decide on a natural, sparkly powder dip to make my short, ugly brittle nails look super healthy and cute! I can’t wait to go back!!“
