“I called Happy Plumbing on Wednesday and spoke with Julie, who was able to schedule next day service for my main line blockage. Whitney was my tech and explained the service I needed, jetting.
I approved the quote and he was able to set up that job for a couple of hours later the same day.

“Our original American Standard shower mixing valve from when the house was first built in 1967 failed catastrophically on New Year's Day (2025) and wouldn't shut off. We had no choice but to shut off the water for the whole house as there was no way to turn off the water just to the shower without cutting through a wall. We were able to get an appointment the next day and Mason showed up right on time. He was able to diagnose the issue, find and pick up the required parts locally, including a new chrome wall trim kit and handle, cut off the old handle (was frozen as a result of 58 years of hard water) with a saw, rebuild, reinstall, and seal the whole thing in less than 3 hours. There's absolutely no way I could have done that myself. I was convinced that it would require cutting through the wall and was expecting to have to pay a lot of money to do a full valve and piping replacement. Mason was able to do all the work in place without having to cut tile or plaster. I am extremely happy with the result and the cost I think was quite reasonable considering the time and effort it took to fix it.“
