“During the pandemic, my rooftop unit went kaput after 20 good years of usage. Turns out, without my initial knowledge, I had it replaced by a company that sold me an A/C and heating rooftop unit for business offices, that WASN'T compatible with residential condos. WESTERN MECHANICAL sent me out a 1st-rate technician named James who ordered me replacement parts that would communicate with BOTH types of systems. THREE OTHER HVAC companies, who were FIRST contacted BEFORE Western Mechanical, DIDN'T have the expertise to figure out a way to get past the parts-incompatibility challenges. I shall never reach out to another San Diego based company again, for this type of troubleshooting, other than Western Mechanical. I had been 2 years languishing in frustration, because nobody else was able to solve how to get business and residential parts speaking to one another. WESTERN MECHANICAL DID IT.“
