“My goal was to customize my old closet to suit my current needs. I saw multiple very good reviews online of The Tailored Closet and moved forward. Katelyn, one of the design team, was very amiable and dropped by first. Since I already knew what I envisioned for my new closet, Katelyn followed my lead and documented and sent me a graphic drawing to review and approve. The price quoted was within my budget and a good value after now seeing my lovely closet's outcome. The whole process just took 3 days. On day 1, demolition day, Sergio & Charles called ahead to inform me they were on their way and arrived on time. They were both so very professional, pleasant and kind. My project was on the 2nd floor, accessed by carpeted stairs. To my welcome surprise, they placed non-slip fabric stair covering to keep stair carpet clean. Such a great and novel concept and a real upgrade from plastic and duct tape I have experienced at prior, other projects. Banner beginning :)) Not only did Sergio & Charles complete demo in a very timely fashion, in doing so, not one paint chip occurred! I am so grateful for their careful attention throughout. Day 2 & 3 my predesigned closet was installed by Jairo and Christian. Fili dropped by to assess closet's completion. All were happy, skilled and very professional. They addressed any requests respectfully and followed through flawlessly. Their keen eye for perfection and cosmetic detail were impressive and gratefully embraced. Thank you, so much, for an exemplary closet installation. I am so appreciative for the pride the above 5 gentleman take in their profession. “IR completed a remodel for us that included a full bathroom, flooring, rain gutters, whole house fan, demo of an existing balcony, and install of outdoor lighting and custom copper awning. It was the biggest project we have ever done on our home and we were so happy with the process and end product!As with any home improvement project, it had it's speed bumps and surprises. However, we found that IR was excellent at communication and pivoting so much so that they finished the project SOONER THAN ORIGINALLY PROMISED!! I know, it sounds crazy but it was true!We found all their sub-contractors skilled, pleasant and best of all clean! We were never left with a port-a-potty on our front lawn, or piles of garbage inside or outside our home. Their design and scheduling process was clear, helpful, and outstanding. “I am an elderly person on a limited income and had a small roof leak. I contacted several companies and many would not even return my call or come out to assist me. POW's office staff were so warm and caring and promptly scheduled Andy to come out and give me a quote. I was so shocked at how Andy understood my financial circumstances and was willing to do the repair without having to replace a huge portion of the roof, which I cannot afford. His crew came out, assessed the area needed to be fixed and had it fixed in 24 hours. They did what they committed to doing and I cannot thank them all enough.
