“Shimeru is an excellent, high quality, professionally ran business with great instruction for Judo and Jiu Jitsu. The mat space is huge, and always kept clean. The classes are punctual, and fun for the kids. There are Gi and No Gi classes for kids and adults so I can train after my kids get done. And lastly, Shimeru just became an approved vendor for my daughters’ charter school, Mission Vista Academy so I can pay for their membership with their school funds to cover their P.E. lessons.“

“My daughter and I recently moved here from Ketchikan, AK. Her opportunities to be able to learn from programs like this were slim to none there. We got her enrolled in September and her progression has been amazing. To her discipline, focus, and her respect has had a big improvement. Master Jin, Head Instructor Emma, and instructors Adrian, Brody, and Richie are absolutely the best! Thank you very much Sky Martial for your dedication to the children!!!“

“I just had the most amazing experience at this Karate studio last night called Trinity I just had to brag about for a moment.Last night I was visiting my nephew passing thru town and stopped here to see him in Karate. He's a high schooler now and was volunteering with the littles for a the day. I was only anticipating stopping by for a hug when the instructors invited my 4yr old along for a class with the 5-6 yr old. I was beyond amazed for the offer but extremely hesitant since my son is high functioning autistic and not known for his listening skills (? understatment!) Well not only did my son have a blast but he was almost completely focused the entire time. He participated better than I have seen anywhere else and the class lessons were on point. It was Focus and the instructed gave many ways that incorporate motor skills and techniques how to listen and focus. (Perfect class for my son!) At the end of the class they gave out reading cards and reviewed their incentive program to earn Stars for reading. This experience was phenomenal! As a black belt myself I enjoyed this studio more than the one I attended as a child. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a way to keep their kids active and disciplined.“
