I called them on Saturday morning during a heat wave when our AC broke and they said they'd have someone to our place by 2pm, but he arrived at 1:30pm!! I was shocked. Since we're renting they required the protocol of me getting approval from the owner and talked me through everything over text from the time I booked the appointment until he arrived. I'm not one to be easily impressed but this company's customer service is A+“

After finding them on Yelp, I had a promising conversation with Leo, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. True to their word, the technician arrived promptly at 9 a.m., and we began to address the issue with my air conditioner. The technician accidentally miscommunicated the price of the procedure with me, although at the time, I did not know he had miscommunicated. I agreed to the fee.
