I travel from the Inland Empire to Newport Beach that's just how attentive, concern and down to earth Dr. Farley is. Dr. Farley takes her time examining you and answers all your questions. Not to mention, her receptionist (I don't want to butcher her name) is so welcoming and helpful! In addition to all this wonderful customer service, the office itself is top tier! “We've been going to see Dr. Tsai for 2 years for Myopia Care, specifically Ortho K, for my now 14yr and 12yr olds. The staff is always very friendly. The location is clean and inviting, and their waiting area is great for entertaining little ones. Very very rarely have we had to wait long for our appointments. Dr. Tsai is patient and attentive when actually seeing us. I appreciate that she very knowledgeable and answers all our questions thoroughly. You really do feel like they want the best for their patients.“

“I’ve been with Dr.Brown since 2015 after moving back to Orange County and I love coming here. The staff are amazing very attentive professional and my eyes are medically necessary so they were able to help me get my contacts covered. They have a fantastic selection of glasses and it’s always a treat to be in the old town Tustin area. Parking is a breeze and you can grab a treat afterwards. Highly recommend their office if you’re looking for a new optometrist.“

“I love people optical! I first went in there last month to get an eye exam and new glasses but had to go back today because they got run over by a car :(. I was super sad, but also worried that I would have to pay a lot and wait a while to get new ones. But just as they were the first time, everyone there was so helpful and kind. Scott helped me out this time and was able to fix them at no extra cost within a matter of 15/20 minutes! He was able to reuse my lenses (which had completely popped out when my glasses were crushed), and provide me with a new, but same, frame. 10/10, Scott quite literally made my whole day and I left their store a happier person.
