“Frame BD was an absolute godsend for our remodel in Southern California.  We have a condo in the Dana Point area that was long overdue for a remodel.  We knew that there were water issues that had turned into mold issues.  This is a second home for us.  We live a couple of states away and the thought of finding someone to manage this remodel was a little overwhelming when we were not going to be close to oversee it.  I called a few different contractors.  Frame BD was quick to respond and was able to get out and take a look at our project within a few days.

The project manager that was assigned to our job was Daniel.  Let me tell you, if you want someone that goes above and beyond, ask for Daniel.  He managed our project flawlessly.  He was in constant communication and treated us like we were the most important project that he had going.  This was not a large project (kitchen redo, new lighting, bathroom, paint, flooring, baseboards and doors) but they got to work and were awesome.  We made some changes as the project went on and they didn't mind one bit.  They tooks those changes and ran with them.

From the start of the project to the finish all of the employees and subcontractors treated our home like it was their own.
We will be referring Frame BD to all of our neighbors.  Call them.  You wont regret it.“

“We had a large tub removed in our master bathroom, replaced by a beautiful walk-in shower. The workmanship is outstanding, especially by the folks removing the tub (on the 3rd floor of our condo) who did not damage any of the existing floor, and the tile installers who were amazing artisans. “I reached out to MFK to repair my deck, and while I ended up not working with them, their communication with and commitment to their clients is amazing. Mitch was detailed, honest, and never pushy. His father seems to have a lot of knowledge and experience with decks and didn't push for things we didn't need. They made an effort to get our project into their pipeline, but due to time constraints they let me know they wouldn't be able to take on my project (the timeline was my fault as I delayed in getting back to them and by then I was a bit stuck). But by doing this they demonstrated that they weren't willing to compromise on my project and also didn't want to neglect prior commitments to their established clients. If you're looking for a company that won't overpromise and underdeliver, MFK seems to be the one.“

“I was planning to build a pool for quite some time but was very anxious to start such a big project and kept postponing it. Finally, last year, I became serious about it and had contacted all the pool builders in the IE and had 5 or 6 quotes. However, right away, Eric and his company stood out from the rest. In addition to being very easygoing and non-pushy, Eric provided me with a 3D rendering and a clear cut quote. There was absolutely no pressure at any time and he was always very accommodating with the changes we wanted to make. Needless to note, we live in the area where there are a lot of large rocks and granite boulders and all the other companies have it in their contract that if during the excavation process they encountered a large boulder, they would charge by the hour in addition to other fees, which potentially can get out of control. Eric did not have any such fees nor stipulations, which eliminated an unnecessary worry for me.
Looking back, after the project has been completed, I am very happy I went with this company. In addition to being super responsive and helpful, Eric has provided me with so many helpful suggestions and advice and what really sets him apart from any other contractors is that he goes above and beyond for his customers and is a super honest person. He has done so many extra things for us that I am sure no other contractor would ever do.
If you are thinking about building a pool or renovating your back yard, save yourself time and headache and call this company first. We have neighbors who were abandoned by their contractors and I am so glad I went with this company. Sunset Outdoor Creations takes pride in their work and customer service and really strives to provide high quality product. This family owned business is a true gem of the IE.
I can go on and on about how great Eric and his company are and I have had multiple contractors and guests commenting on the high quality of the work he had done on our yard. For instance, I am currently finishing up the landscaping and multiple contractors commented on the high quality finish of concrete and the overall work on our yard. Many even said that they would never be able to achieve the same finish when pouring concrete.
