“My concern is for the wheelchair accessiblity entrance and I figured this would be the quickest way to reach you.

Last time I witnessed a senior walking inchmeal with no walking stick or walker enter the building where you need to press the button for automatic door on the right.

However such is the precarious positioning of the button, poor soul again needs to walk back at that pace to give space for the doors to open outwards.

Kindly deconstruct the panel and adjust it placing in such a manner so as to avoid such Catch-22.
