Dr. Wertman was recommended to me by my PCP and I couldn’t be happier. He takes the time to explain things, orders test to make sure you’re being treated properly and makes sure to have you back for follow ups.I’ve been to the Irvine office and the Ladera Ranch office and while both are good, Ladera Ranch is my favorite. It’s warm and welcoming and easy to get to. The office staff is also very good at both and make sure you’re seen promptly.
Courteous and friendly staff. Didn't have to wait very long. Dr Wertmann was thorough and asked if I had any questions. Went over lab work with me. Listened to questions I had. Pleasant visit.
I left a message after my visit that I was disappointed that the office computer was down and I couldn't schedule the follow appoint with another doctor in the office on a Saturday recommended by Dr. Wertman. There was no response to this, so I called the office to day and had to leave a message and have to hope there's response tomorrow.
