Took my husband 2/22/24 to the ER for some for increasing pain and SOB,the care was the Amazing Dr.Lee was very helpful and did a great job with all the assessment and test.The RN was cheery and had the best bedside manner,she made us both laugh and made my husband feel comfortable though 2 IV's in both hands!! They are the best and we are truly grateful and Blessed for their kindness and professionalism.
I just wanted to add a heart felt thank you to a member of Providence Mission Hospital staff. His name is Mr. John Miller. My friend and I were coming out of the parking garage totally lost and this gentleman was leaving work for home. We asked him for directions and advised why we were there. He immediately told us that trying to get where we needed to be on-time was difficult and he would take us there via a short cut! He took us directly to the area in the hospital where we needed to be even though he was off and probably had somewhere important to be! He was so kind! He actually called the nurse on the floor where we needed to be and had the introductions prepared...read full review
I feel so very fortunate to have Mission Hospital nearby in South OC - the care and professionalism of the staff, along with the exceptional doctors, nurses and clinical technicians is exceptional. Having experienced Mission as a surgical patient in addition to having brought my children and relatives here have made me so grateful. Thank you Mission Hospital - and thank you St. Joseph Health System - for taking such good care of your community.
