Such a great experience! Called them Monday after Thanksgiving they had an opening and came out that day! Andy was fast and efficient in fixing our leaking fridge and broken dish washer door! I HIGHLY COMMENT THEM! Great price as well!
Called on a Sat morning. We had to go, so they came immediately. Another company that we used through insurance previously had tried to fix our fridge and the difference between the 2 companies was night and day. All American was prompt, professional, friendly and diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple hours. The other company dragged it out over 2 weeks and didn't even completely fix it. We paid 4x more this way, but worth it and still much cheaper than a new fridge!
Andy fixed my clothes dryer today; it was making a racket when it was spinning. Sonia, the person who set up the appointment was super helpful. There was a cancellation for a day sooner and she texted me to see if it worked for me. I had another appliance repair co. give me an estimate (days ago), but I didn't care for the tech; I felt like he was just guessing at the repair since he didn't open up the unit. Therefore, I asked my property manager for a referral, and she gave me the number to All American Appliance Repair. The tech, Andy, called me to tell me he was on his way; he came on time and was very polite. He wanted to open up the unit before deciding on the repair ; he had the OEM parts on hand and fixed it up perfectly (for a reasonable price). I will continue calling All American for any appliance repairs. By the way, my unit is a Kenmore, made by LG.
