Jonathan was the most helpful and kind person, and super knowledgeable about bees, their behavior, what might make them leave, and removal techniques. We had bees making a hive inside the walls of our RV. Calling Jonathan really put my mind at ease and gave me confidence that we could solve the problem. Based on my own travel schedule, I wasn't able to hire him but he gave me 15 minutes of his time for free, coaching me through how to remove them (while being willing to fit me in in a pinch if my efforts failed). Thanks to him, we were able to take care of the issue (luckily just a small swarm). If I ever find myself in need to hire someone, I'd 100% use Jonathan. No one else even bothered to call me back, but Jonathan quickly returned my call and gave me his valuable time and knowledge because he genuinely cared about my issue and didn't want to leave me in a bind. That says a lot about a business owner!

I received a notice of non-renewal from Liberty Mutual due to alleged "mildew, mold, algae" on my roof. I was very confused about it and had no idea that this was a thing - and that it was now my thing. I searched online and found Dirt-Shock. They knew exactly what was going on and exactly how to fix it. Upon completion of the work they immediately provided the required photos and remediation report in the exact format required by the insurance company. Today, I received a letter from LM rescinding the non-renewal notice. The Dirt-Shock service was prompt, professional, fairly priced, and did exactly what I needed. Dr Dennis runs an amazing school where he encourages students to be creative and perform even at the young age of 2. The school is a welcoming and fun environment. The teachers are caring and supportive. There are ample opportunities to learn and grow musical talent. I would highly recommend this school to anyone wanting to pursue music lessons. I am so glad that I started my daughter at such a young age and that I found a school where she feels so comfortable.

Well, it took me a long time and many bad haircuts before I found this "treasure" of a salon. It was a bit hidden from sight, as most treasures are, but alas, I found it! Vagablonde salon is a beautiful, uplifting place and I knew it the moment I walked in. Drew was my stylist and greeted me very warmly the moment I walked in. I showed her a couple pictures of what I liked and she was so confident that I immediately trusted her. We talked the whole time and she was just so lovely. I got my hair done by Roya for my marriage ceremony last weekend and I'm absolutely obsessed! Roya and all the other stylist at the salon were so kind and professional. I was visiting orange county from North Carolina, I went to see Bebe by a friends referral and she was amazing. First time getting a cut at Joe's! It's the closest barber shop to where I live and by far has the lowest price men's cut in town ($22), likely because it's cash only. I enjoyed the old school equipment and down home feel. I got my cut from Richard, who did a masterful job with both shears and just a bit of clippers. I really felt like he had an exceptional level of skill with the shears. I've seen other reviews that claimed they don't use shears here, only clippers, which I found was not the case. And while they did have your regular KTLA daytime tv on, contrary to other reviews, the only whiff of politics I caught was a headline mentioning Trump on one of the newspapers one of the staff was reading. I don't mind having differing political views as long as conversation stays polite and respectful. I will definitely come back for another great cut and will update the review if anything else to report
Old fashioned barbershop with a chill vibe. Beware this means that there is no reservation system - you walk in and put your name on the sign in sheet. There was a bit of a wait, but the haircut was phenomenal - Max, a very talented barber, delivered exactly what I requested. Additionally, the pricing was more than reasonable - $25 for a full taper fade, haircut, and styling. You should be warned though - this shop only accepts cash.
Cut and service was great. The originally scheduled stylist had to cancel so someone called and rescheduled for the same day at a later time with a different stylist. Then they called back to say there was an issue and the time was moved and rescheduled with the second stylist. The day before the appointment I was called and told that the second stylist had gone home sick and would not return on Saturday. They booked me with a third stylist at another time in the same day. There was a lot of effort on the salons part to get me in on the same day and I appreciate that.
I loved the service and the prices! It will definitely be my regular place. My manicure was PERFECT. I got natural pink dip. My pedicure was awesome. Left my feet super soft. I felt terrible that a woman walked in after me...very entitled....said she had a 1:30 appt. I looked at the clock and it was 1:40. She was so upset at the ladies working. It wasn't their fault. They tried everything to please her provided her with solutions. She wasn't having it. She was just rude to them. She said she was never returning. Well they may have lost her....but definitely GAINED me. Im definitely a regular now. Thank you for the WONDERFUL service!

I have driven past this nail salon too many times to count, as it is in my neighborhood. I found myself in a situation where I needed to get my nails done today and after reading reviews for several salons, I gave Nail Solutions a call to see if it was possible to get an appointment. Thank my lucky stars they said I could come right over! This shop is very clean and welcoming upon walking in. Laura took care of getting my gel manicure completed and was ver sweet and kind. She did a terrific job with the gel, no bubbles and simply was just a pleasure to chat with. Before leaving, I had an opportunity to meet Donna who was just as kind and friendly. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend Nail Solutions to my neighbors! They accept credit cards, but would suggest making sure you have cash for any tips.
Grace does a really good job. She is careful and through. I never feel rushed and could have taken a nap while she was doing my nails, Grace is very gentle! The staff is warm and welcoming too.

I went to Nicholas Ross Salon prior, the hairstylist left my root touch with grays then called out sick for my touch up a week later! My friend referred me to Nazee. She touched up my hair, gave me a nice trim, and threaded my upper lip. Nazee is very nice, calm, and professional. She does great color, cuts, and threading at a reasonable price. This is not a fancy salon, but the quality is good. I have been coming here for the past year. Ask for Nazee.
I recently came to lashes to toes and had a wonderful experience. Not only were there hundreds and hundreds of different colors to choose from, but Ilena did an amazing job painting my nails. The place was lovely and the location was very nice with lots of parking. The nails came out even better than I expected and she was even able to do different designs. She also did my friends lashes, and they turned out beautifully.

I went to the Ulta on Alicia Parkway in Laguna Niguel and YALDA SHARIATI did my hair. She colored it and put highlights in it and fixed everything that was wrong with it and she did a fantastic job.

Carrie took care of my aging skin and took 10 years off what I saw in the mirror when she was done! She totally hooked me up! Everyone are hard workers and skilled in their profession, very nice people from management team to staff, they even try their best to take care of very difficult customers. It’s unfortunate that some people are just ignorant. We should take care of the beauty of our inside as well as outside.
They came the next day. diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it within a few hours. Tested and done. Before arriving, they had asked me to send pictures ahead of time. They saw there was clear water damage and offered to call a water damage company to help with the after repair work which would involve drying the wall interior and eventual repair. Both things that plumbers don't do themselves.
I had a problem with my dishwasher not draining, and I called Green Garden Plumber's for help. The plumbers were able to locate and fix the issue in a timely manner. They also provided me with some tips on how to maintain the dishwasher. The service was professional, and the price was very fair.Service: Drain cleaning
Ali was very professional and easy to work with. He gave me fair estimates along with helpful ideas and information regarding my projects. Ali put up recessed lighting in two bedrooms, fixed some exterior wiring and outlets, changed all light fixtures on the exterior, and installed a ring camera system on our house. He answered all of my questions as he walked me through his approach so there weren’t any surprises.
Afterwards, we did a paint/siding project that required us to remove one of the exterior lights and ring camera. When I reached back out, Ali promptly responded and came back to fix everything back up.

Called on a Sat morning. We had to go, so they came immediately. Another company that we used through insurance previously had tried to fix our fridge and the difference between the 2 companies was night and day. All American was prompt, professional, friendly and diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple hours. The other company dragged it out over 2 weeks and didn't even completely fix it. We paid 4x more this way, but worth it and still much cheaper than a new fridge!

10+ years ago Laguna Turf installed my neighbors turf. It's held up and still looks great. They've been responsive and addressed any issues that arose, even though they were minor. So when I decided to cut the hose I called them, got a sample and a quote. It was almost a year later that I finally decided to put it in. They didn't haggle about an expired quote, just scheduled and installed it. It was a tedious installation as we have stepping stones that needed to be surrounded. Still, no attitude just finished the job impeccably. I'm so glad we hired them.

Landcrafters is amazing. In a newly purchased home, I needed to have hardscape removed and turf with good drainage installed for my two large dogs to be able use the yard. The project manager Pat was great with recommending options and transparent about potential issues like where we could connect to main drainage lines. He also helped recommend vinyl decking for a decorative slat wall that really elevated the look of our yard. The team doing the work were super professional and clean. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for and they finished in time and on budget with Pat communicating progress the whole way. Definitely a great value for the quality of work done.

Amazing dentist! I took my mom to Dr. Laura Sprague the day before New Years eve due to tooth pain. Laura made room in her schedule and gave my mom the best care. She was gentle and did a thorough exam. After completely understanding the problem she sent her to an excellent endontist to do a root canal. My mom was very impressed by Laura and her office staff and we will be coming back for all our family’s dental needs.

DrP that's what I call him, is very personable and professional, really cares about your wellbeing, I came in the first time and couldn't even walk cause of my hip, within one visit I was walking around with no pain. Magical! I've been going once a week ever since, the bonus for me is that he takes medi care and medi cal so my visits are less than $10 I'm very grateful that my son suggested for me to see him . Highly recommend!

Dr.Bowser is an amazing Chiropractor.. He knows the body and is a healer... I started coming to his office 3 years ago, I was suffering with severe sciatica nerve pain and could barely walk.. I always thought it was my back , he told me it was all coming from my knee, causing me to walk wrong .. He helped adjust and make walking bearable, I unfortunately needed knee replacement because I let it go so, long .. but Dr. Bowser adjusted me even right after surgery to help with the back issues that happened during surgery, I wouldn't have trusted ANYONE else to work on me 1 week after surgery but him .. I continue to see Dr, Bowser whenever I need adjustments.. Recently had vertigo issues & that I needed to go to ear specialist but tried Dr. Bowser first he knew exactly what was causing it and adjusted my neck, instantly relieved my dizziness.. At first I thought it was weird that he didn't take insurance, that he didn't have a receptionist in his office, didn't take X-rays, but I Thank God I listened to ALL the reviews & went for that 1st visit.. He Not like ALL the other Chiropractors & that's a blessing.. if you have pain that you can't get figured out, Do yourself a huge gift and call this gifted doctor...
Dr. Hanna is miraculous. I have been dealing with intense sinus pain for 6 months. I've been to ENTs and other specialists. No solutions or improvement. After 2 sessions with Dr. Hanna, I am able to function without dread and pain. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Doc Hanna.

I have been coming to 100% Chiropractic in Laguna Niguel for the last few months to help me deal with general back issues. I have seen a huge improvement with the help of Dr Parisa. She is always positive and is great at understanding the individual needs of her patients and prepares a customized treatment plan that she will adjust as necessary to get the best possible outcome. I want to give a special shout out to the front office staff. They are always friendly and welcoming and help keep me on track with appointments and the laser therapy.. I just signed up for a package of adjustments to get me through the next few months and I intend to keep coming on a weekly basis, because the treatments have really helped to improve my overall health and wellness. Perfect place to come if you are hurting or feeling like things are out of wack. Come to this place for my son as my friend recommended this doctor. My 17y old son was having trouble sleeping and very tired during the day...his pediatrician would only said the same thing "sleep more" but even with a lot of sleep my son was still feeling tired. Until we came here and Doctor Raihan which was able to fix my son problem within 3 days!! Amazing. The doctors here provide chiropractic services but also connections with your health, nutrition and emotion. I was so Impress that I am now coming to see doctor Raihan as well and he has help me with my pre menopause symptoms. So glad to have found these doctors! Their office staff is also very attentive and experienced. Will definitely come back. Date of visit 10/24 and 11/24

I just moved from Arizona and needed to find a new Veterinarian for my pets. I am so fortunate to have found this place. My Great Dane has tremors and was out of medication since our vet in Arizona could not transfer them. Ann got us on the schedule right away without an additional “emergency visit” charge like other places often do. We met with Dr. Haney, she is fantastic. She did an exam and got us out of there quickly so my dog could take his meds and get some rest. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients, I’m so grateful for the entire team at Alicia Pacific Veterinary Center. Thank you!

Dr. Tuz and the entire staff are amazing. They get to know the dog and family and provide personal attention. I’ve always been able to get an appointment without waiting too long. I also appreciate the conservative approach and never feel they are just trying g to get my money. Hopefully, he won’t swallow anymore socks!

Finally! I am a massage snob. I've been so disappointed in the places I've tried in LN. I've found my massage home. Got the Thai Deep Tissue massage. It hurt so good! Went in with piercing pain in my back. Came out feeling like a new man. I was a pretzel at times but it was so so worth it. Extremely professional. Probably one of the best if not the best massages I've ever had. I'll be back!

This place isn't eye catching inside and its called foot massage but they do full body. man was my 90 min deep tissue massage with Nancy amazing! It was so good I booked another one for 5 hours later lol She hit every spot I didn't have to direct her once. Not sure how such a petite little lady was able to keep such amazing deep pressure the who 90 min but she did.

This was my third round of PT at Rausch (neck, knee, hip) and each therapist (Dr. Emily and Dr. Sean) not only worked until the issue was resolved, they educated me on how to prevent injury and how to respond to flare-ups. Each session was like a class with your favorite teacher. The PT aides are also helpful, willing to demonstrate and explain each exercise. Finally, Jennifer, a massage therapist, is both knowledgeable and skilled at finding what needs attention. I recommend her to everyone.
I went from chronic low back pain from two bulging discs to no back pain. The office is peaceful, efficient, respectful, and a pleasure to visit. I wish there were more providers with Dr. Marshall's compassion and expertise.

I've been coming to Jae and Joo since November 2021. At the time they were helping me with sciatica caused by a pinched nerve. I couldn't stand up and they got me standing, walking and whole again.
