“Excellent urgent care service. I have blood work done, I was place in waiting list because I did not have appt and took less than 15 min to be called in. Also checked in for ear problems and took less than 15 min to see the doctor who recommended a procedure that was done by an excellent nurse in few minutes and her care was super professional and kind. I always get the best service at Hoag in Foothill Ranch. Would recommend them for a professional and fast Urgent care and Lab work as well as any other needs. “Date of visit: 2/17/24 time of visit: 12:45 pm THANK YOU to Kaiser Mission Viejo for making a physically uncomfortable day into an emotionally pleasant experience. In the morning, I called and had a phone consultation. I was told to go have some labs and pick up a prescription, So I got in my car and drove over - fully expecting a long day of grouchy people. But I walked up to check-in and was greeted with a big, kind smile. The super-nice efficient lady made check-in a breeze. As I walked past the security guard (on my way to pharmacy) he waved and smiled at me. At the pharmacy check-in, the gentleman behind the counter welcomed me with a smile and said, "we'll take care of this for you!" While I waited for my prescription, I walked over to the lab to take care of that. I only waited one minute. The lovely lady in lab station 2 was gentle and kind. I didn't even notice when the needle went into my arm! After that was over, I walked back over to pharmacy and a different gentleman greeted me with a big smile and gave me my prescription. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes - and I left with a smile! Soon after, my prescription started working and I felt better too. Great job, Kaiser. Thank you!“

“Had a good visit to this Urgent Care, the check in process was simple. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Was taken into a room and a nurse took my vitals. Then came Dr Phuong C. Ly, he asked questions and had me do a few tests to figure out what the problem could be. He was very knowledgeable and I definitely felt cared for. The doctor wrote up my prescriptions and I was able to pick them up right away. Overall great visit, especially under the circumstances of being sick.“
