Like many others, was having issues with ants getting inside. I had appointment with Shimmy within one day. He's professional, courteous and listened to my concerns about the safety of my cats when he provided the service. He also identified an issue outside that my property management company needed to address and unrelated issue in my home to make me aware of . Now that's service! After 4 days, I don't see any ants!

So this past weekend I wanted to get a haircut but my normal person was on vacation (gone for a few weeks) and I was already overdue. I asked my wife if she had any suggestions and she mentioned her person. She's always been very happy with her hair and it looks great, so why not. I called over to Janese who has her own space in Image Studios, called Thairepy. I thought that was cute and clever. Super friendly from the time she answered and she was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived she greeted us with a big warm smile, she gave a quick tour of the whole facility (not sure if that's normal). They've got just about everything you could think of in one spot, nails, message, haircutting, estheticians, hair removal, even tattoos. It seemed like a one stop shop. Everyone I saw was friendly, outgoing, and professional. I've been seeing my person for about 25+ years so I'm sort of use to a simple barber shop vibe...this seemed like more. The whole shop was clean, smelt nice, and is in a great location with a view of the entire Saddleback Valley. Janese took me into her salon and got started on my hair. She asked questions like what do you usually get, how is it blended, and what I'm looking for overall. After some chit chat she got started. My typical haircut is pretty simple, a number two on the sides and back blended into the top, which is kept about 2.5". She started out with sheering the sides and back, once she was at a certain point she moved over to the wash bowl. This is wear it got interesting to me, she used her own shampoo and massaged and washed my scalp and hair. The shampoo has eucalyptus in it...this was amazing! I know this sounds weird (maybe it's just me) but it started feeling like a deep heat, or icy hot on my scalp. It felt SO GOOD! When she finished up I went back to the chair and she started cutting. For the rest of the hair cut I had this deep icy cool feeling all over my scalp, it was tingling at one point. Having never had anything like this it was very pleasurable and added to the experience. Janese had mentioned that she uses this on her male clients and that they really like it. I was sort of dismissive at first but came around in the long run as it felt incredible. I might go back for more of this. She whipped through my haircut like it was no big deal. Sort of like Edward Scissor Hands, tuffs of hair hitting the floor. The cut itself came out really nice and she kept asking if it looked okay to me. You can tell she take pride in what she does. It looks great Janese! My wife liked it as well. So it's a win win! Would I go back to see her again, without a doubt! Janese was easy to talk to, and made the whole experience a lot of fun, not to mention a great haircut. I think I may have made a new friend. HAHAHA! It seemed weird having fun getting a haircut, I had to share.
Dr. Sabeen is the best! She is careful, has a precise, artistic eye, is respectful of the outcome looked for and knows just how to achieve it, is honest, reasonably priced, very skilled and her work is wonderful, I saw immediate positive results which continue to get even better! I travelled from Northern California just for her excellent work. My sister and I are both very happy with her results whether its RF/CO2 resurfacing, filler, botox, or one of the many other techniques she works with, you won't be disappointed!

Al has been my hairstylist for the past three years, and I've done Japanese hair straightening with him annually, in addition to regular haircuts. I absolutely love my hairstyle and am very happy with the results. Yes, it's expensive, but it saves me a lot of time as a very busy graduate student. The results are permanent until new hair grows, and it protects my hair from heat damage. Before this, I straightened my hair with an iron for nearly 10 years, which was very damaging and still left it frizzy. Now, I just use the product he recommended after washing my hair and dry it for about 15 minutes—it looks soft and perfect! Al is very professional, experienced, and makes great recommendations that are best for you, but he carefully listens to what you want.
I got serviced back on Sept 6 by Kerri. She did a great Job. I got recently diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and I went to donate my hair prior to starting the chemo. Not only she helped with the hair donation paperwork, she did an excellent job and had great communication from booking and service. Also, I felt relaxed and she made the experience very positive! This was a no-nonsense, traditional barber for me that gave me a professional cut for the least money I have found. The barber was a sweet lady who had no trouble adding a few extra details to my cut as well. Highly recommended if you're a mature man, thinning hair, who just needs to look sharp for under $20 with tip.

I’ve tried every barber that trims beards in a 5 mile radius and have regretted my trim each and every time resulting in me trimming my own beard.
This time, my beard grew gnarly and I needed a professional. After hours of research, no joke, I landed on EMS, called and they recommended Josiah, I questioned the person on the phone multiple times and chose to trust them.
A few hours later, I found my barber!
Josiah was gentle, meticulous and boarder line OCD with it ?. You can tell he takes pride in his work, it was like my beard was a canvas and he was a painter.
I don’t typically leave reviews but local bearded men deserve this, so does Josiah.

Old school barbershop meets new school styles. I have 3 boys who are really particular about their hair. One has had long hair that has never been cut, one never wants a haircut and one is just straight out picky. We took them all to see Carlos and all 3 loved their cuts, including the one who went from long hair to a stylish modern mullet. Carlos aims to please and is extremely customer focused, he is also extremely hardworking and try's to always accommodate his clients. Carlos can do it all. Highly recommend- he's our guy from here on out. Trust.
I was out of town, couldn't go any longer without a haircut, and had to cheat on my normal barber. Olivia stepped up and handled business, she did a great job. I always go to the same barber and never know how to explain how I want my hair cut, but Olivia got it just right. I knew I was in good shape when it got down to Lather Time, and the fact that she's a Steelers fan was the icing on the cake. 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Zen Nails and Spa today! The atmosphere is very interesting and welcoming nd clean! Cathy, who I believe is the owner or manager, was super friendly and didn't make me wait at all. She was ready for my appointment as soon as I walked in. I was a bit nervous about switching salons after being loyal to my previous nail girl for 7 years, but Cathy made the transition easy. She took the time to remove my bad fill and listened carefully to what I wanted. The result was a beautifully clean and professional job. Thank you, Cathy, for your amazing work! OBSESSED with my nails. Cindy did such an awesome job. I got almond shaped dip nails. I usually wear my nails really short and just do gel so I was nervous to try a longer nail. Cindy listened to what I wanted, she was so patient, and she tried different colors for me, cut them to a perfect length, and shaped them beautifully. She's an artist!

Cecilia is amazing and such a sweetheart! I have had lash extensions for 10+ years, but it's finally time I say goodbye to that lovely and very expensive habit. After I started noticing that my extensions were not lasting as long, I opted for a healthier option of lash perms/tints. I was skeptical since I flubbed the first perm when I tried to DIY it at home (do not recommend). I came in to Cecilia and right away she made me feel at ease. Super knowledgeable and thorough about explaining the process of perming my lashes and what to expect. She also provided honest feedback about what would look good for my features, especially given my lash history. I have loved this experience and am getting ready to make this more regular (at least every 5-6 weeks). I'm so happy to have found her!

However, Melisa takes a holistic approach to helping you achieve your color dreams. Her private salon is a wonderful way for you to feel pampered, go in your pajamas if you need to, and not have to fight with other noise in those big salons. It's a nice hair salon and I love my hair dresser Rose. Best hair cut I've had, ever. She is able to tame my frizzy mess and cut my hair so it works with the curl I've developed in my 50's. Rose is very sweet and lovey to chat with. After the hair cut she does a gentle blow dry and then curls my hair with the most amazing wand that gives me super model hair.

Heidi's work is exceptional. Her hands on knowledge results in a transformation you can see, and feel really good about. Even if your skin is already healthy she helps coax the deeper glow. This is the practitioner to make consistent appointments with, no doubt!

The minute you step into Pure Skincare OC you leave the chaos behind. I don't feel like I am a stressed out person, but after your appointment you realize you might have been. I have been to a few places for facials before and either there is just too much talking and pushing of products during the process that I didn't get to enjoy my facial or you feel like the facial was rushed. Not here. I receive the best, most peaceful facial. Everything from the hands, head, shoulder, neck, and face massage to the ambiance and products are top notch! I got a 60 mins massage. Jenny was INCREDIBLE. The pressure was slow and firm with the hot stone just the way I liked it. The spa is super clean. Staff was welcoming,communicative,and kind. I will definitely be going back soon.
The facility was clean and quiet. The masseuse, Cindy, was kind and gave an excellent deep tissue massage— one of the best I’ve had. Despite some difficulties with her spoken English, paying was easy and the session was reasonably priced. I plan to return often. I felt well taken care of.

I have been going here for many many years now. I've never had a better massage, but I do have my favorite masseuse! She knows all the right places to work out the issues, light stretching and at the end I sit up and she works my neck perfectly. I feel like she takes 5 years off my body. After working out, to snowboarding season.... I wouldn't know what to do without this place! Also, the prices are so reasonable!!!! .... make sure to tell them what you like done so you get the care you need. Rooms are clean, fresh sheets, beds are large with the hole for your head so it's not dangling off the head rest. They are so sweet and friendly! Please tip well they work so hard and drive far to service our area.

If you want a plumber who is fair, reliable and knows what he is doing, I highly recommend Mark with Morrow Plumbing. He has helped me with multiple plumbing and gas issues in my house. His knowledge is excellent and his customer service is top notch.

ABC Flooring company is awesome. The owner and all of the workers from the front desk to installation are extremely professional. He answered all of our questions regarding warranties, pad, etc. He ordered samples for us. Victor and crew did an outstanding job with the installation. When we first met Jim Becker, 30 year certified kitchen veteran, we quickly determined that we wanted to go with All OC K&B for our complete upstairs renovation. He was instrumental in formulating our design wishes and in addition suggested an area in our kitchen whereby we could add an 8 cabinet buffet where my wife could store her many complete sets of dishes that were previously stored/hidden all over the house. I worked as a painting contractor for over 20 years and until recently, handled 98% of all my home improvements or repairs.
Nowadays; I have a different career, and quite frankly, I’m getting old. Digging out all my tools and hanging off a ladder 30 feet in the air has lost its appeal. This doesn’t mean I’m going to let my 1.3 million dollar home investment be worked on by just any crew of schmucks.
Luckily for me, I was able to see some of Varkel’s finished projects through work contacts. I was greatly impressed by the workmanship and attention to detail. When it was time for my 40 year old property to get some much needed attention, I gave Varkel a call.
There is a great advantage working with a professional general contracting company. After a 20 minute walk around with the owner Ernie, we knew we needed a good painting crew, talented carpenters, and a roofing specialist. Without lifting a finger or making a single phone call on my part, within two weeks these professionals were at my door ready to work.
Each of these crews showed up on time, were extremely courteous, and above all, did a fantastic job. Like I said, I was in the business. I got my own ladder out and inspected every joint, nail head, and brush cut before signing that last check. I was truly impressed with the work and was left with a home that is now the envy of the neighborhood.

Gerard O'Hanlon and his crew did an excellent job painting the whole interior of my house. I was very impressed that they did exactly what they said they would do. They showed up on time everyday and always called or texted back when I had a question. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I'm ready to paint the exterior.
We recently remodeled our kitchen and visited numerous local companies before deciding on Laguna Kitchen and Bath. Both Fred and Holly were easy to work with and flexible in meeting our needs in drawing up our remodeling plans and providing a clear and realistic estimate compared to other companies. Fred and Holly took the time to meet with us and provide their own cabinet and appliance placement suggestions based on their years of experience. Our total kitchen remodel took less then 30 days as originally estimated at the start. The various craftsmen who actually did the work were courteous, professional, and proactively cleaned up at the end of each day. We are now enjoying cooking in our new kitchen and showing it off to friends and neighbors! We will definitely be calling Fred and Holly when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms!!
Like many others, was having issues with ants getting inside. I had appointment with Shimmy within one day. He's professional, courteous and listened to my concerns about the safety of my cats when he provided the service. He also identified an issue outside that my property management company needed to address and unrelated issue in my home to make me aware of . Now that's service! After 4 days, I don't see any ants!
Planned for half a day but they got everything done in 2 hours. Both subterranean & dry wood services. Very fast & Efficient & price was very reasonable.
We have had Terminix service for years and it has been great. When others mention they're having an ant problem or some other kind of pest, we smile and say, "not us, we have Terminix!" Nicholas also does a great job - always communicating ahead of time and checking with us afterwards to see if we have any questions. Great customer service!
We hired Palmer's' Landscape to fix our side yard after dealing with a massive water leak throughout our house. Danny was great to work with, and was very straightforward and honest about what would need to be done to fix our issues. He quoted us a fair price which was within the same range as other quotes we were receiving. We selected Palmers Landscape because they were local and Danny made us feel confident that he knew what he was talking about and his team would do an excellent job at fixing our issues. In the end, Danny and his team provided wonderful service and quality work. They put concrete down making sure to tie into our drains and all of the gutter downspouts. I am very happy with what they have done, and am so glad we made the decision to work with Palmer's Landscape. Because of them, we have practically doubled the useable space in our yard. I give Palmer's Landscape my highest recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Excellent! I completely DISagree with the reviews from Robert and Brian. I had such excellent care here. i was gifted with a discount card and the office lived up to it completely. The doctor, Dr. Tanaka, was both professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and needs and did a VERY thorough exam, extensive xrays, and truly state of the art equipment. Then, the hygienist also did a very thorough, compassionate and virtually pain free cleaning. I was NEVER pushed to pay more than the gift card offered and was treated with care and respect. I highly recommend La Paz and Dr. Tanaka and I'm a crotchety old lady who is usually hard to please. I'm happy to have found them.

I was in extreme pain with a broken and infected tooth and out of town so found this place from google. I called and Kim was so nice and got me in that day. Dr Loberg explained that It was damaged beyond repair and needed to be extracted. He did such a great job and it was near painless. This will be my dentist for life and I will gladly drive 2-3hrs. Dr. Soller is an amazing dentist. He handled me with total care, walking me through everything he was doing. He is so skilled, patient and kind. I have never experienced better care. I am a difficult person to please, but Dr. Soller provided me with superior service and attention. If you are in the market for a dentist, I strongly encourage you to give him a try! Also, the office is easy to access and offers plenty of parking.

All the reviews are true - Dr Crosby is honest & doesn't upcharge. I was in the market for a new dentist so went to two places right before this, and both gave me a laundry list of problems with my mouth & then sent in the person w/ the clipboard to try to sign me up for a $3000-4000 treatment plan over like 6 separate visits. Strangely, both places had a very similar setup/portal/first time patient fee/etc - almost like they're set up by the same owner/consultant who basically tells them to fleece everyone who comes through the door. Anyway that all seemed pretty sketchy since my teeth have always been pretty good - so I then bit the bullet & paid out of pocket to go get a THIRD opinion, this time from Crosby, & it turned out that all I needed was a single filling (to be fair, it DID almost turn out to be a root canal but he put in the extra time to save it) and I was in and out of there for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend
Dr. Tadros is incredible! He is not out for your money like some dentists. He is also very nice, great beside manner and explains to you all the details of a procedure. His office is very accommodating and recently I was late due to my job and they still were able to take me. Have been a patient for years and will continue to come here as long as I live in the area!

Lee is amazing at what he does! I've had massages with Lee for over 10 years, and he always knows exactly how to work out the knots and tension in my muscles. He's not only incredibly skilled but also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I like to talk during my massages, and Lee is a great conversationalist. But there are times when I just need to relax and fall asleep, and he always gives me the space to do so. I leave feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. THANK YOU DR. DANI & KATIE! I actually first came with my baby after his tongue tie to Dr. Katie for body work. Then I returned to work & my kids went to daycare/school so the only days I was able to come was when Dr. Dani was in. Let me tell you moms, I came in late & disgruntled after having 2 kids & her office not only understood but Dr. Dani HELPED me calm down my toddler by giving him snacks. You can just tell she's a mom. She initially saw my baby for follow up on fussiness after he got his immunizations. She even adjusted his car seat to make sure his head was in alignment. Then I told her I was struggling with constipation issues with my toddler. She gave me suggestions for him. I am a RN so I have been doing the western route for my constipated toddler. After bowel clean out recommended by our GI dr with Miralax, & making things worse for my toddler bc it turned into diarrhea & a diaper rash, & our GI Dr recommending a "more aggressive laxative treatment with lactulose & more Miralax" -- and after an ER visit since my son hadn't pooped in 10 days despite our interventions, I went to see Dr Dani for a first adjustment for my toddler. She managed to distract & adjust him, and gave us so many helpful suggestions. ALL of this and my son is finally turning a corner and went poop on his own without the use of glycerin suppositories. I cannot believe it. I'm grateful to Dr. Dani & everyone at this location. They are truly the tribe you need as a mom with young kids.

I came in with severe sciatica due to a bulging disc, had received acupuncture, massages, epidural and nothing had helped. After hearing of spinal decompression I googled chiropractors in my area and saw Khorrmi Wellness Center and gave them a call. Got I the same day and started a care program consisting of laser therapy, electroshock therapy and spinal decompression, after a week I saw a significant improvement and after 8 sessions I was virtually pain free. Dr thermos helped me cure an infection that i tried to cure on my own. He did a full blood panel and saw why i wasnt clearing the infection and then put me on the correct meds. I came in depressed and now happy. He is very thorough and will take the time to explain things to you. He cares about his patients and wants them truly healthy. Other doctors arent thorough and want you in/out of their office quick.
I only need to come here every year or so when I throw out my back or neck. I love that they have never pressured me into doing treatments that require coming in twice a week for two years unlike other chiropractors I’ve been to in the past. The staff is always so friendly and the doctor always gets rid of my pain every time. I recommend this place 1000% to everyone.

While I have only been seeing Maria for a short time, I can already tell that she is going to change my life. I have been experiencing lower back pain for about a month due to my herniated discs. If I were rich, I'd schedule a massage here every day. So relaxing that I fell asleep during my session with hot stones. Blissful music sets the mood paired with a heated massage table/bed. If you have long hair, best to put it up. StressBusters is booked about a week in advance. They are very polite. Remember that you should say something if the massage therapist needs to adjust pressure. For years at other places, I just endured the pain, only to regret going and left wondering how anyone could possibly feel at ease. Currently they occupy a room at a holistic doctor's multi room office. Happy to know they have a new 2nd location in Mission Viejo.

Dr. Kathleen Albertson was recommended to me by my doctor while undergoing IVF treatment. I was going into my third transfer attempt and I was asking what I could do differently to try to improve my odds. I had never done acupuncture before but was willing to give it a try. At my first visit, she explained everything she was going to do and explained the fertility benefits of acupuncture. She made me feel completely at ease. The needles didn't hurt at all. Each week I looked forward to treatments. I ALWAYS got an AMAZING nap at each session and always felt so refreshed after! She always kept the rooms warm and so cozy and comfortable. It was impossible to not be relaxed. I loved how she was flexible when I needed to change appointments and she was very quick to respond via text message. She is very kind and supportive and always reminded me to take care of myself and put myself first (over all of the work and other life stress going on). SOC Driving School instructed both of my kids (one by Travis who is no longer with them, and the other by Adam) and they both passed on their first driving test. They are VERY fairly priced, always punctual, easy to communicate, super friendly, and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a driving school. While certain other school(s) may flaunt fancy cars and former law enforcement instructors, SOC is highly competent in their own right. Beyond driving school, I'd recommend looking into B.R.A.K.E.S. Teen Driver's Training (putonthebrakes.org) to put them through some great evasive and defensive practices.
If you're unfortunate enough to find yourself needing NTSI, may you get lucky enough to have your classes with John. John was what I didn't know I needed. He's an amazing course instructor and truly changed my life for the better. John challenges his students to stop drinking for the duration of his class and accepting his challenge provided me with so many benefits, both mentally and physically. His sessions were therapeutic and even though I was completey opposed to having to attend in the beginning, they quickly became something I looked forward to weekly (and almost a little sad to end). Jacob at the office is great as well and went out of his way to accommodate me when I had the wrong time written down for my enrollment appointment. Overall, they made the process smooth and as painless as possible and I am glad to have chosen this program.
