“After months of constantly getting sick (use to get sick maybe once a year- it got to be 1-2 times a month), skin irritations that prohibited me from hiking and physical activities, crippling mental and emotional loads, I had it! I was ready for anything and then I made an appointment with Veronica. The angel she is , is changing my life. I'm on day 27 of my cleanse for mold exposure, heavy metal toxicity, and parasites (not the "good" ones). “My first time doing PT and others have told me that PT is a waste of time. So I was not expecting much but the impression was proven wrong from my first visit with Nick and eventually Brian. I had an undetected bakers cyst that ruptured and was unsure what was going on because it was not improving without help. “I started going to Rising Sun, five weeks before a two week trip to Vietnam. I have meniscus tears and bone on bone in one of my knees. I was in pain and seriously wondering if I would be able to walk the five miles per day I would need to to keep up with my group and hundreds of steps I would need to climb in order to see the things I wanted to see. The physical therapist I worked with was dedicated to getting me prepared to succeed in this active adventure. I went twice a week for five weeks and did all of the exercises she told me to do at home. I also got knee braces from my orthopedic doctor.
