They came out within an hour of our plumber contacting them, and immediately got to work drying the moisture behind our walls. EHS has many techs on staff, but every one we dealt with was punctual, courteous and professional. Each day, someone came to the house to check water levels, and provide us with updates on the drying progress. All of the techs were knowledgeable, and were able to answer any and all questions we had. Unfortunately, our insurance company denied our claim, but Adrian from EHS was kind enough to work with us on our final invoice.
