I schedule a carpet cleaning w him but unfortunately our apartment complex locked the water spout so there's no water hook up and the leasing office wouldn't unlock it for us to have Todd do the cleaning. I was super bummed and relayed this to Todd and he called me and even apologized on behalf of my apartment complex. It's not even his fault at all; it's my apartment complex and their unwillingness to let me get my carpet cleaned by a vendor of my choosing. “Gustavo does excellent job. He cleans my house every year. I can’t believe how reasonable his prices are compared to other companies which can charge at least double or 3 times of his cost. He removed almost all stains from our carpet. Recently I asked to clean our furniture, he did remove all stains from chairs and sofas, all white chairs look brand new. Lastly It’s easy to schedule with him even before holidays. Highly recommended!“

“Was a bit skeptical in the beginning but I allowed Miguel to work his magic and my couch ended up looking so nice. I will have him return to do a second pass in a few months as well as my area rugs. (Prior to the cleaning there were some stains and grease looking marks on the arm rests and stains on seat cushions.)* I bought my couch used ( judge me if you’d like lol) Miguel informed me that not only was the previous owner neglectful of the furniture( couch is a huge microfiber 3 piece sectional) which never seemed to be clean. But also they had pets and smoked. ( from what Miguel seen… (Previous owner clearly lied) Miguel showed me the filter and the water tank after extraction and OMG ?. I wish I took before n after pictures bc what you think is clean WOW was definitely not.
