“Wow, simply fantastic! After a solar company did some major damage to my roof and the side of my house I needed someone to come in and help fix it. I had my roofer redo most of the roof, but that still left the side of the house where the solar company decided to drill so they could connect to my subpanel (the plans stated it was to connect outside). Needless to say, this wasn't a big job, but Udi was super responsive and sent some guys over within a few days. These guys were quick and did some top rated work! I'm looking to do some additional work on my house in the near future and these will be the first guys that I call!“

“I had bought a new prehung front door and had M 7.24 Builders installed and painted it for me. They did a great job. I also had a leak issue with my bathroom air vent. M 7.24 was able to diagnose the issue after cutting up section of my ceiling in the bathroom. Turns out to be a corroding vent duct. They were able to replace it and patch up the ceiling with the same texture and paint it. I would recommend this company for any repair and remodeling around the house. Henry and his team were great“

“Josh and Jesse Christensen have worked on our house, on and off, for many years. They came to work for us when we needed framing work completed that another contractor had started. Often, a contractor doesn't want to take on a project that another contractor started in case there are problems that may have resulted from the original work. The Christensens came to our project, never worrying about who started the work, and completed it better than we could have ever anticipated. They were so helpful during the stressful time of transitioning from one contractor to another, and they were quick, efficient and very kind. Then, as we continued to remodel and add on to the house, they always came back to do whatever work we needed them to do, and as a result, a close bond between them and our family grew. However, had they not been as phenomenal at their craft as they were, we would not have had them back during the 10+ years we worked on our house. They are great guys, and they are gifted craftsmen. “One of the most stressful and difficult things to do after you commit to a remodel is choosing the right contractor - because it's your HOME! Fortunately there is Mannon Construction, with a 20+ year Bay Area history, they have completed several projects on my home including a kitchen and home office. The work has always been high quality, what I expected as a picky customer. It is not the least expensive (generally you shouldn't be choosing the "cheapest" contractor anyway when it comes to remodeling) but the pricing is competitive and they helped us figure out in what areas it was important to splurge and where we could save money (substituting materials for example). The company helped us achieve our goal of top quality beautiful work and staying (mostly) within our original budget. This company has done many beautiful remodels of Bay Area homes. They built a casita (ADU) for us and, while they were here, we engaged them to have our roof replaced, a driveway added, a retaining wall and a pathway. The casita is beautiful. It was completed on time and on budget. The work is first class in every way. We absolutely could not be happier!
