“This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted.

Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. Why am I confident these were real cases of new activity? For one thing, after 10 years of working with him, I trust Steve. For another, he always shows me exactly what he’s found and explains whether it is — or isn’t — evidence of termites. He also keeps records and has an excellent memory for previously treated spots, so he avoids false positives.

We had bees making a hive inside the walls of our RV. Calling Jonathan really put my mind at ease and gave me confidence that we could solve the problem. “Matt came to a listing I had for a second opinion. The buyers inspector told me the house needed to be tented because he found wings but he could not verify whether they were old, or if we had active termites. I called Colony for a second opnion and Matt said he found a total of 30 wings which equates to 7-8 termites, but since there were no droppings, he considered there to be no active infestation.
